Oceanfront home with beach access, pool, hot tub, central AC, & washer/dryer

New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Enjoy a truly blissful vacation in this huge, one-of-a-kind retreat on the dunes. This classic beach cottage has ocean, Sound, and Intracoastal Waterway views as well as wonderful architectural details with a unique mix of Victorian and contemporary comfort.

There are three bedrooms with ocean views and four with sound views. The first floor has its own huge lower deck area. The second floor has a kitchen and a large living room overlooking the ocean with a wet bar. On the Sound side, enjoy delightful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a private balcony with unobstructed views of both the ocean and the Sound. On the top floor, there is a huge main suite with a wet bar, a glass-top desk, and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The other two top-floor bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings, extraordinary views, a large bathroom, and another private deck that faces the sound.

Jog, fish, surf, swim, read, walk to the nearby fishing pier, watch the dolphins, or stroll along the edge of the sea. Or, stay closer to home and take a dip in the unheated private pool operates seasonally.

Clean and Roomy Oceanfront Home

This home was very accommodating with all the essentials for the size group we had and plenty of space for privacy for everyone. The 1st thing I noticed is how clean it was. It's a beautiful home where you can relax and only steps away to the ocean which we loved especially toting fishing poles, beach chairs and toddlers. The hot tub was a plus for cooler evenings.

Very spacious house, beach location was perfect - easy walk to the pier but no crowds at all near us. First time in Topsail but definitely not the last. House & furnishings are a bit dated but beds were comfortable and there were plenty of coffee pots (counted 5!) and dishes. One downstairs room didn't have air conditioning (vents not working??) which was kind of a drag, but otherwise everything was in relatively good order. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach proximity

The best feature of this house is it is literally steps to the beach. The house itself has been neglected. The railings on the decks are rotting and dangerous. The house is in great need of a deep cleaning. The kitchen is poorly appointed and items used needed washed before use. Cupboards are dirty inside and need replaced. We had trouble with condensation leaking from the AC vents. Doorknobs came off trapping you inside and water leaks in various places when it storms. The best feature is you are right on the beach. It is spacious for a large group. It would be wonderful if the home was cared for. We were disappointed considering the price.

NOT a stress free vacation!!

The size and design of this home and its location were awesome! Beyond that, we had nothing but trouble the entire time we were there. Upon arrival, the house was not clean and it was infested with ants in every room of the house, and was that way the entire week. The kitchen cabinets/drawers were dirty and in disarray and cookware is old and worn out. There was not even one hanger in any of the closets. Several mattresses are pretty uncomfortable. As the week progressed, we had trouble with the AC and heat, the Internet, the dishwasher, and the hot tub. We spent much of our time daily on the phone trying to get these problems resolved, with very slow response times. So if you’re looking for a relaxing week at the beach, I would not recommend this company or this property.
