This beautiful Sunset Beach condo is fully updated and is nestled in a great location near numerous golf courses, eateries, shops, and of course, the water. Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, enjoy visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, 201A, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the spacious living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - perfect for culinary pursuits! The condo's bedroom is plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

The accommodations were just as advertise. Spacious and bright. Pet friendly with places to stroll and a parknearby where we could meet other dog and exercise.Beach a short drive away. Hope to return next year.

Such a nice place. Felt like home. Perfect for a couple that likes to start the day with coffee and end the day with a beverage on the lovely screened porch. This unit has everything in the kitchen that you need. Living room and bedroom are both extremely comfortable. We will stay longer next time.

Nice condo; well appointed

Very nice updated and well equipped condo. Loved the location; convenient to everything in Sunset. There was an issue with a newly installed Nest thermostat but fixed the next morning by maintenance. Given the season, would like to have had a blanket for the bed so we didn’t have to use the spread and higher thermostat to stay warm. Once we settled in we noticed some cleaning issues that could easily be addressed by more thorough cleaning. It did not affect our stay but definitely noticeable and a bit unsettling. Patio could use a refresh as well.
