From this top-floor retreat, take advantage of the beautiful ocean views from the private oceanfront sundeck and views of the Pamlico Sound from the covered sound side deck. The Durant Station Community Clubhouse offers a complete kitchen, 50' plasma TV, pool table, and gas fireplace. There is also a community pool, hot tub, and laundry facility.

Nice oceanfront location with good view. Unit was clean. Enjoyed staying here very much, but floor tile has numerous running cracks throughout in the living room/kitchen & bathroom. Needs new floor tile with an isolation membrane to prevent cracking.
