Waterfront Condo. Amazing Sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Pool, Pickleball & Tennis!

"Mariner's Terrace" is a soundfront condo with the most amazing sunset views across the sound from a covered deck. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Community pool included with pickleball and tennis vourts. 1BR condo (check sleeping options below) with full well-stocked kitchen and full bath. Additional private seasonal outside shower. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream, bar, and shopping. Just 1 mile from Avon Pier.

Arrival Check In time is 4:00 p.m. (often earlier)
Departure Check Out time is 9:00 a.m. (in mid and high seasons)
(Negotiable arrival and departure times if not booked especially in off-season)

Queen bed with pillow-top mattress in bedroom.
There is also a pull-out twin sofa in the den and a queen inflatable mattress.

HEPA covers on all pillows and mattresses.

Keurig and traditional coffee maker.

Indoor Ninja Grill & Airfryer.

You can rent or bring kayaks and launch just steps from the condo. Plenty of shops available for all equipment rentals.

$5 self-pay boat launch ramp on site. The boat dock itself is private property and not for condo use. However, rentable boat slips may be available from dock owner.

2 Adirondack chairs and 2 bar height adirondack chairs on private deck overlooking the Pamlico Sound for perfect western sunset view.

We try to be somewhere between a hotel and rental home so we provide sheets, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 trash bags are provided to get you started.

Beach chairs are included. Bring your own beach towels.

Covered parking underneath unit available on a first-come basis. Otherwise, outdoor parking.

You can walk across Hwy 12 to the beach. It is only 3 blocks away. Avon has a Food Lion and Ace Hardware just 2 miles away. And plenty of other beach shops and restaurants are also available.

High-Speed WIFI and Cable/Roku TVs in family room and bedroom.

Trip Insurance is highly recommended for Hatteras Island.

No Pets allowed except service animals.

Electric car charging station at Avon Pier 1.1 miles away and also at Food Lion Shopping Center.

This is a lovely and lovingly cared for condo in a peaceful spot in Avon, NC. Communication from the host, Mike, was exceptional. Everything about this property reflected the vibe of these gorgeous Outer Banks areas. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and so easy! Enjoy those sunsets, too!

Good amount of space for a one bedroom condo, while also being cozy. Had everything we needed for a week vacation- even puzzles and games and beach chairs. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Incredibly convenient to restaurants, ice cream and coffee. The boat ramp was great to launch our kayaks from. Kitchen has all appliances and gadgets you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great. The property is super clean, Easy to get to.and the sunset was awesome. it is located in a great area and is centrally located so your about in the middle between Hatteras and Kill Devil Hills. The Host was easy to get ahold of, and answered all our questions. He had a window pass for us to fill out for the OVR permit and the Directions to apply online. We where very happy in our choice and would definitely stay here again the next time we make it out to the Outter Banks. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen, and we even used the laundry which was a big time saver. Strong recommend you won't be disappointed

Kinda the perfect spot when going down to fish. Avon not as close to Cape Hatteras as I thought it would be but easy enough. Town is nice and has shopping, bar, gas, and great views.

Mike was very welcoming and made sure that the stay was great. Condo was very clean and within walking distance to a nice pub and coffee shop. Nice view from the back deck. Very quiet, which is what I was looking for.

This property was very nice, it was extremely clean and well kempt. Our only issue with the property was that the spouts on the shower and tub were loose, and a few cabinets were also loose. The property overall is very much worth the effort to go to and was worth it for the money. The stores and restaurants surrounding the area were all great, while the neighboring tenants were also not an issue for us. Overall it was a pleasure to be here and would be a top place for us to return to.

Perfect getaway

This is my first VRBO rental and I am hooked…if all property owners could be as great as ours was . The property was immaculate at Marinar’s Terrace. Everything you have at home is here! Full kitchen stocked with cooking oil, coffee filters, salt &pepper etc, with washer and dryer tub/shower, balcony, outside shower, just all the things! You will not go wrong with this rental. The views from the sound were just beautiful. The host checked in with with regularly( I did not check regularly lol- kinda busy watching the parasailing guys in the sound haha) but did ask if everything going good! Check out this place… you will not be disappointed.
