Beachfront Marco Island, this delightful condo boasts 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. Guests can relax in the cool, comfortable space after a day of exploring or enjoy the endless beach and Gulf views from your private balcony. Balcony access from each bedroom and living room. Fully furnished and appointed condo.
No reviews since new listing in fall 2025 and all renters this year thus far have not come through VRBO. It is truly a superb unit and view. Rented and managed by local licensed agent with 30 years on Marco renting and managing privately owned condos and homes. Florida Real Estate licensed Karen Peeples and Karen owns Blue Water Rentals and Property Mgt, LLC. Come and enjoy in the off season!!! .
