About the property

New - Premium Condo at the South Seas Northwest on the Marco Island Beach /Ocean

This is one of the very best condo's that the gated South Seas Northwest complex has to offer, tower 3, unit 1503. The first picture shown was taken from the balcony of this condo at sunset. The unit is right on the white sand beach of Marco Island. This condo has been completely remodeled in the last 6 months and has all new interior space. This is an end unit with all of the extra windows on the side, with much more natural light.Tower 3, condo 1503 has a beautiful view Florida's West Coast beach, the gulf of Mexico, and wonderful sunsets right from the large 15th floor wrap around balcony. This end unit is one of only a few that also features a small rear balcony off of the kitchen that is just the right size for a couple to enjoy a cozy breakfast. We purchased the condo in May 2017 and the inside of the unit has been completely remodeled. The renovation is completed. It is ready for guests for the 2017-18 winter season. Slightly larger end unit than most of South Seas Northwest condos at 1170 sq feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen features new white cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new lighting throughout. There is all new granite black counter tops in the kitchen. The bathroom has new tile, new granite vanity tops, and new sliding glass shower doors. There is new tile throughout the entire condo. A new air conditioning unit and hot water heater has also been installed. the unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a single size bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room that can sleep 1 or 2 children, a pack and play bed for a baby, and an Aero double size air mattress with a built in air pump. So, it can sleep up to 7, with 5 on beds, and 2 children on the pull out bed, and the pack and play for a baby. As I said the condo is completely tiled on the floors which allows it to be kept very clean and with much less dust and allergens than carpet. The modern kitchen features everything that you have at home. The Tower 3 building is located right on the beaches of Marco Island and the warm ocean waters of the gulf of Mexico. You can swim year round in the ocean water. The complex also features a large private outdoor swimming pool that is heated year round for your swimming enjoyment. Free wifi, and cable TV with approx 100 channels is included. There is also lots of parking on site for one or more vehicles. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, and a cooler are provided. There is also a workout or exercise room in the Tower 3 building for guests to use if they would like. I have other condos at South Seas Northwest which may be available if interested. This is my best unit. Since this is a new, just listed property for rent it does not have reviews. This is also probably a shorter flight, the International airport in Fort Meyers (RSW) is less than an hour from the condo complex.

This is 1503, an end unit in Tower 3 that is bigger than most other South Seas condos. But more importantly it has a 2 balcony's, one large wrap around that faces directly west towards the beaches, Gulf of Mexico ocean, and beautiful sunsets. The second small cozy balcony is off the back kitchen area with a view of the Naples skyline and city lights. Also the entire inside has been remodeled, all new interior space, kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, bathrooms, beds, and furniture. The condo can sleep up to 7, with 5 on the three beds, that includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, a single bed, a sofa pull out bed, an Aero double size air mattress with built in pump, and an infant pack and play. Marco has some BIG advantages over Mexico, almost no crime, excellent medical services (Mayo Clinic), and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are generally not crowded. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. Excellent spot! Gorgeous view, clean condo, comfortable beds, laundry on site, all beach & pool items (cart umbrella, towels, etc) are there and ready to go for kids. Groceries and restaurants close by. A bit of a hike to the beach but well worth it for a private beach oasis. Recommend to bring or rent a wagon for young kids if planning to spend time on beach. Sand is compact so is easy to pull. Frank was a pleasure to work with. We will be back for years to come! Thanks Frank for giving us a perfect family vacation spot!!!

Great place, Great Owner and Awesome Sunsets!!!

The property was just as it was pictured and more. The owner was so nice and easy to work with. He made everything from start to finish a breeze. He texted and email with us to ensure everything was perfect and it was. This place was so worth it, close to everything (walking distance). They had everything we could ask for in a home away from home. Definitely will be staying again. We were worried that we might have to get all the little things (T-paper, Tissue, paper towel, baggies) for ourselves but they had it covered. If we had to find something that was a negative it was that we didn't book for more than one week. Next time for sure.

Nice quiet condo

This condo was very comfortable, well stocked with most everything that we needed. For part of our stay, our daughter, her husband and their three daughters joined us. Plenty of room. Pool was awesome for the kids. Great view, beautiful sunsets. Had a couple questions that I emailed to the owner. He responded in minutes. Enjoyed staying here. Would consider staying here again.

Delightful and spacious

We were very impressed with this condo on the 15th floor. The kitchen remodel is beautiful as is the rest of the unit. There are beautiful tile floors, lots of natural light and the unit was spotless when we arrived. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the dining room table seats six and there are stools at the breakfast bar.

The unit is equipped for most everything you need for cooking as well as beach towels and pool accessories. Love the large wrap-around balcony facing west for great sunsets and the charming breakfast balcony off the kitchen facing east.

The pool is nice and warm. We loved the beach front access. It takes a few minutes to get to the water, but it was well worth it. We enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, some close enough if you like to walk. Just a short drive to the city center for groceries and all your needs.

We would definitely come back and this would be our first choice on Marco Island.
