This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property is stylishly appointed with tile flooring, plantation shutters, and designer furnishings throughout the 1,814 square foot open floorplan. Entertain your guests in the open, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and counter bar. The great room includes a 50” Smart HDTV wall mounted above the fireplace . Proscan external speakers for iphone/ipod. Watch your favorite movies on Netflix or select from premium channels that include HBO and Showtime. The sliding glass doors lead from the great room and master bedroom onto an expansive covered patio with cushioned, outdoor dining furniture, natural gas grill, and immediate access to the largest pool in Desert Falls Country Club.

This unit has both a master and guest suite with walk-in closets, en-suite shower and bathtubs, dual sink vanities, and flat screen TVs with cable access to premium channels including HBO and Showtime. Guest bedroom has a Roku tv. All tvs have recorders; each with its own system.The versatile third bedroom has two twin beds, but may also serve as a home office or game room.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a new (Jan 2021) full-size washer and dryer, new dishwasher (June 2021) two car garage, complimentary WiFi access, and cordless landline telephones. The phone plan includes unlimited, free nationwide calling, including Canada and Puerto Rico.

All guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary access to Desert Falls Country Club’s nine lighted tennis courts and newly expanded fitness facility that offer four workout rooms with updated cardio fitness machines, weight equipment, and yoga studio. Really nice apt in quiet location

Really cute apt with all you need stuff. Quiet and confortable place with a big pool. We really enjoy the spot ! Virginia is really kind ! Absolutely love all of our stay !

Excellent place for multi family gathering!

Spacious 3bedrooms, 2.5 baths, very well appointed kitchen, lots of great eating & lounging space (indoor & outdoor), very close to large pool & hot tub, ground floor access in beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Over 20 pools , tennis, pickleball golf, fitness centre — for use! Would love to stay again one day!

Great find!

I stayed here recently with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grand daughters, and it was wonderful! The grand daughters are little fishes -- we spent almost all of our time at the wonderful pool, just a few steps from the unit. They also enjoyed playing on the grassy area outside of the unit. We barbequed every night and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The kitchen and unit as a whole were well stocked, and the unit is very spacious. We hope to come back soon!

Upgraded property at Desert Falls

A 3 bedroom condo right next to the big pool is hard to find so we are thankful it was available for us during the Christmas holiday. Everything worked great and the king bed and couch were super comfy. One note is that side of the pool does not get sun in th winter so if you want sun, you’ll need to go to the pool. Our family has been coming for many years and we love Desert Falls. It’s central to many local attractions and the property amenities Iike the pool, tennis courts, golf course, and nice outside walks are great.

April 2022 in Palm Desert

Property is well located to access the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area including Joshua Tree National Park, San Jacinto Sate Park, Indian Canyons and local casinos. Also, many good restaurants nearby (Sherman's Deli, Cafe Des Beaux Arts). My teenage sons really appreciated to fast WIFI. The rooms could have better/brighter lighting. Every morning there was a sound of rushing water around 6:30 am that was loud enough to wake us. I would stay here again.

Delight in the desert!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so comfortable. The kitchen had every possible amenity and was extremely well equipped. The location was perfect and was a great home away from home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated our time in Palm Desert at this lovely home.

Palm Desert stay Dec/Jan 2021/2022

Virginia's condo is well-located and very pleasant. One of the pluses is the large pool (and hot tub) just steps from the door. Virgiinia was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The kitchen had new appliances and was very well-equipped. Our 4 and 8 year-old granddaughters loved all of the lawn space outdoors. We had a great stay and hope to return next year.

Great place for a weekend getaway

We have stayed at this property before and always love our experience. The condo is very clean and comfortable and close to one of the larger pools. The owner Virginia is extremely responsive and very helpful should you need anything. I would highly recommend this property should you want to get away and relax!

Spacious Condo close to Pool

My group stayed for Stagecoach weekend and had a blast. Condo is very spacious, clean, and just steps from the pool! Master bedroom is large with a huge master bath and walk-in closet. Back patio is great size and perfect for hanging out while you BBQ. Owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Relaxed Winter

Have spent the last 3 years at this condo for Jan/ Feb to escape the Wis winter, and it is just like home, love it. Some minor home updates need attention, but location to all that is Palm Desert/ Palm Springs is right there. Condo facilities have so much to offer, along with poolside location, club house and total comfort.

Amazing location and great overall experience

The place was great. Steps from the pool and great access to all of the amenities of the community. The greatest thing was the amount of supplies and utensils needed. My girlfriend forgot her cake pans that she wanted to use and was worried we would have to go buy new ones. However, the place had cake pans and anything else that you could think of for cooking and making your stay easier. It was clean and very enjoyable to relax and unwind. Virginia was so helpful and great to deal with. We had 3 different groups of people coming in and she was on top of getting there names on the list for the guard gate! She had everything layed out on how to operate everything from the TV to the garage opener. I have stayed at multiple places through VRBO and this was by far the easiest stay I have experience. When we go out next to the desert will definitely be staying at Virginia's home. 10 out of 10!

Great escape!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect desert retreat for our spring break. Nice, quiet and great weather! The kitchen had just what we needed for cooking. The bikes were fun and the pool was a short walk. Virginia was great to work with and took time to set up a spontaneous weekend for us! We will be back!

Home Away From Home

Had the good fortune to spend 6 weeks at this condo in the Desert Falls resort area. The condo was the best, fully equipped and so comfortable, just like home away from home. Access to all resort amenities at n/c (except golf), pool just off patio area, wonderful views and great weather, and of course no snow to deal with.

Great Place tp stay in Desert Falls Complex

This was a lovely place to stay with everything you would need and more if you chose to never eat out. Convenient to many things if you have a car which is a must. The pool steps from our patio, the patio overlooking the pool was so nice. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil required plus the staples that make it so much nicer for your stay. The beds were very comfortable, pillows could use an upgrade, but were fine. I do not think there was a negative about this stay. You have the choice of overhead fans in every room and AC. Was great for a ladies getaway but would also suit couple or families. Would and have recommended it to friends.

Desert Falls Condo

The condo was clean and organized. We had access to the pool, just outside our back door. The location is ideally located for day trips to Joshua Tree, College of the Desert street fair, the Living Desert, shopping, even to LA, we did a day trip to LegoLand. There are many wonderful restaurants. Security was efficient and our trip was fabulous. I would stay in this condo again and again. Thank you!

Six Weeks of Absolute R&R

Thank You Virginia, your condo was everything we could have asked for. A very clean and well equipped home away from home for 6 weeks (linens, paper products, cookware/dishware, closet hangers, even down to soaps and lotions). Location to pool was wonderful, first level patio with grill was a perfect extension of living space. Desert Falls was a perfect base for exploring all parts of Palm Desert and close proximity for travels to LA, San Diego and other areas we chose to visit. We look forward to a return visit. Great stay!!

We just came back from a wonderful month at this property. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Our children and grandchildren visited for two weeks and the front bedroom with twin beds was perfect for the kids. The proximity to the pool was great and there were plenty of beach towels and floatation toys for the children. The condo was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, which we used every day. The owner is so accommodating and accessible. We had an incident where the front door handle was broken and we could not get in the house. After one phone call to Virginia a repair man was there within an hour. He made it so we could use the front door and was back the next day with a new handle!! We definitely would return to this property and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you Virginia!!

Clean, spacious, perfect location

Location was the key to excellence in this spacious three bedroom condo with nice features. The condo is located steps away from a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo is not completely updated but it certainly is clean and very comfortable. We stayed with our two kids (five and two) who loved it. We spent hours in the pool and relaxed together on the large comfortable couch in the evenings. The condo is only minutes away from The Living Desert where my kids got to feed giraffes by hand. Downtown Palm Springs was about 30 minutes away. The owner was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions very quickly. We will most certainly stay here again.
