I believe this was our fourth time renting the property and, as before, if a great place to stay while visiting friends in the area. Quiet location with plenty of amenities!
The house was perfect for our needs - comfortable with a large, fully fenced yard. The location is peaceful with a deer that came by daily to eat a peach off the tree.
This was our second stay at this cute house. It is perfect for our needs and love that we can bring our dog. We all feel at home there! Heather is a great host and makes sure we have everything we need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is close to everywhere we want to go and is also quiet and private. We will most likely be staying there again next year! Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful house. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all the places we wanted to be. We'll be back!
Enjoyed a much needed break and time with friends in the Huntersville area - property was perfect for my teenage granddaughter and our pups - they loved the fenced in back yard - would definitely stay again when in the area

Thank you Sharon, we are glad everyone had a good time.
Found this property three years ago for a visit with friends in Huntersville. What a great place - big, clean, well-maintained. The Owner, Heather, is always ready to respond to requests! Great place to hang out!
Great little house and a nice big yard with plenty of space inside. Worked great for our needs. Will look to book again in the future. Super easy communications with the host, check in, check out.
This home is quaint and in a good location. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go while still feeling secluded and quiet. It was the perfect getaway home for us and our fur baby. She loved playing fetch in the fenced in backyard. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again when we return to the Charlotte area.
Great location, tucked away from busy roads, yet close to everything north. Great access to interstate. My wife and i (and our Goldendoodle) spent 3 weeks at the property. We worked from home and i commuted to our local office 3 days a week. The dog loved the big back yard, and we loved the accommodations (just about everything we needed was available in the house). The owner lives close by, so communications were great. The house was built in 1936, but everything has been very well kept and clean! We really enjoyed our stay!
The property was warm and very homelike. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone gave the ‘place a thumbs up except for a few stink bugs that decided to join us. They were very impressed. Overall it was great! We are actually looking to book there again in August
Thanks again, Arleathia F.
This was a charming house tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to lots of things. Heather was an amazing host and provided a lot of great information on how to get around including closest restaurant, grocery store and ice cream shop. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the washer had a heavy-duty cycle that was amazing to get out all the dirt and clay from the white baseball pants! Only disappointment was the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not, but overall a wonderful stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Please relook at our listing, we do not list a hot tub. We try to provide an honest listing and when we change anything we will retake pictures and post the changes. I hope with this new knowledge you can bring our listing back to a 5 star.
Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay and it was a very spacious and comfortable home. Very clean and well supplied with towels and linens. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and it was in close proximity to White Water which was awesome. The only issue was we had trouble with the WiFi connection and couldn't really watch anything on the TVs. However, Heather was quick to respond in trying to help us fix it. I think it just needs a stronger connection. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend staying here.
This property was really nice!! It sits on the edge of a wildlife preserve. Large fenced-in yard which has a lot of shade on hot days. Great for families with kids and dog!! The hosts have left charcoal for the grills, as well as firestarting material. Well-stocked kitchen. The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is so quiet at night!! All around great value.
The host provided many amenities for the house to include puzzles and games. The house was very charming and met all of our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay!
