The Space:

Clean white cabinetry and light wood accents create a breezy coastal atmosphere that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. The full kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living zones, anchored by a warm wood accent wall that adds character without clutter. The main bedroom features a queen bed, while downstairs a convertible sofa offers flexible sleeping for guests. Upstairs, the loft houses a full bed, creating cozy sleeping quarters for your group. Throughout the home, thoughtful design details and coastal touches make every corner Instagram-worthy.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away. There is a two car limit per site - please contact to see if your site can accommodate more.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
