The house was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 small kids. Only downside of the house was the lack of outside space to hang out. It is perfectly located near downtown Jax beach and very bike or walkable. Grocery store, food options, coffee and breweries also within walking distance. Aside from the beach itself there is a great park/skate park nearby the kids loved. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Everything was wonderful except for the shower. No bath mat in tub made it very slippery and dangerous. Also, no hand rails to hold onto when entering or leaving the shower. This is an accident waiting to happen that doesn’t have to.

This was a great house..

Was a great house. If you had any questions Jerry was very efficient on getting right back with you… when I have to go back to the Mayo Clinic if this house is available I will be definitely staying there again… Quite area friendly neighbors.

My wife Diana and I fell in love with Jax Beach when our son studied Marine Science at Jacksonville University. We found this 1930 bungalow that had been neglected and completely modernized it. We keep it as a vacation rental so we can enjoy our vacations in Jax Beach. We love to walk and golf, and the location is great for us. We often us the collapsible beach wagon and walk to the beach and spend the day.

Why they chose this property

We live in Chattanooga TN and flipped several houses there. When we found this little gem, we couldn't resist. The location is close to everything and we love returning several times a year.
