Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Could you please leave all used towels on the floor of the bathrooms. Also any beds that were used, please leave the sheets on the floor of the bedroom.
For the garbage please leave it in the room behind the kitchen and I’ll handle it from there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strictly enforced occupancy limits. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
The basement of the property is a separate rental unit. 10PM-8AM quiet policy is strictly enforced.

Brian was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with! The home was lovely and was perfect for our stay. The home is easily accessible and is a short walk to the red and green lines. The home is spacious and was great for my group of 7.It is easy to overlook in the listing description that the lower level of the home is a separate rental unit for other renters, so if you are looking for a space that is not shared, this may not be for you!

I give this home a qualified 5. Kitchen is well equipped and snacks and coffee provided. Host was responsive to any questions we had. It is as described. There are some things travelers will want to be aware of. 1. It is designed for someone over 6 feet tall. 2. We had a persistent leek in the kitchen from the shower above. We notified owner and he is addressing the problem 3. Dining room table and bench are wobbly.
