This house was perfect for our large group of 5 families. It had so much space and so many activities for the kids. It even rained the entire time we were there but there was so much to do inside it didn’t even matter! Would definitely stay again!!

Great host and great property for a get-together. The place had everything we needed. Plenty of activities indoor and out. Had some minor needs but the host made sure they got fixed right away. The ice cream was a fun bonus. Would recommend to others.

Favorite features:Firre pit and swings were amazing. Having s’mores roasting sticks onsite. Amazing. Hot tub: with view of stars and enough towels for lots of guests - Amazing!Housing all 30 of us. - Amazing!!! Sports court and yard games - Fun!Great Location!Lit walk way to and from both houses.Large gas stove with six burners. Awesome. Served our family well even in tight corners. Downstairs game room. Amazing. Large stock pot. Winner winner for our large family. Great thing to have in kitchen. Thank you. Loved having two fridges. And two freezers! And … ALLL!!!  I MEAN All the kids and adults LOVED every bit of ice cream in the ice cream freezer. All 30 of us ate ice cream bars frequently and there was still lots left over when we left! Thank you for that gift. It was a treasure. What you might add to website to make it better:Update room photos with a clearer understanding of the ADU and which of the bedrooms are located in the ADU as it is quite a walk from house.

Amazing stay! Tim’s place was beautiful, super clean, and a blast for our whole group. There was so much to do right on the property that we barely wanted to leave. The adults loved the golf simulator and indoor court, and the kids had a great time with the treehouse and game room. Between pickleball, basketball, mini-golf, and the movie theater, there was always something going on. The mountain setting with the trees and lighted trails made it feel really special. Tim was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations! The home was extremely clean, roomy, and designed for fun. It honestly felt like a destination on its own, with nonstop activities right on the property. The golf simulator and indoor court were big hits with the adults, while the kids were all about the treehouse and game room. From pickleball and mini-golf to the movie theater, there was always something happening. The mountain surroundings, tall trees, and illuminated trails created an amazing atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Communication with Tim was easy and everything went smoothly. We’d happily book this place again without hesitation!
