Three floors provide a perfect balance of social, private, and outdoor living areas for the ultimate in guest comfort and convenience. Huge pushback doors bridge several decks with massive great rooms. Spacious vaulted ceilings leave room to stretch and play. Modern upgrades and curated furnishings are the standard along with amenity favs such as a hot tub, game room, & firepit, BBQ Corporate retreats, multi-family ski trips, board meetings, team building - the possibilities are endless.
STREET LEVEL
Access to the residence is on the middle floor where an impressive social space seamlessly encompasses the home’s main living and dining areas. An open kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a large prep island, loads of storage, and has a convenient drop zone for groceries and supplies. Easily serve group meals at the massive dining table that seats 14 – 16, and another bar-style table along the back of the sofa seats 3 more. A beautiful brick fireplace and 65” Smart TV are the focal point of the room, and there is access to an elevated deck with seating that is ideal for morning coffee. This floor also has a powder room, 4 queen bedrooms, and 2 full Jack & Jill baths shared between the rooms. All bedrooms have a private vanity with sink & mirror off the bathroom. HVAC options for this level include both A/C & heat.
UPPER LEVEL
Head up one level from the street to find a second social space that includes a game room and cozy seating spot centered around a fireplace and 65'' Smart TV. This area is truly a gamer’s paradise with pool, foosball, shuffleboard, 500+ cocktail arcade game station, oversized Connect 4, and board & card games. There is a large wet bar and beverage fridge to limit trips up and down the stairs plus access to a private deck with a hot tub, Adirondack seating, and picturesque views of the pines. This level also has a powder room and 4 queen bedrooms that share 2 full Jack & Jill Baths. All bedrooms have a private vanity with sink and
mirror off the bathroom, and a full-size washer & dryer is conveniently located on this floor, too. HVAC options for this level include both A/C & heat.

LOWER LEVEL
On the ground floor is an extremely cool bunk room that can sleep up to 15 with three 3-tier twin bunks and two 2-tier twin-over-full bunks. This level is also home to the Kids Romp Room, a great space with a climbing wall, monkey bars, and cargo nets to get out all the extra energy your kiddos have! There is walk out access to the lower courtyard where seating and a firepit provide a relaxing spot for conversation and star gazing. Two full bathrooms and two full washers and dryers are also on this level. Please note the ground floor has heat only, no A/C.

Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.
Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for arrivals before 3:00 PM.

Booking this property represents a significant investment in your group being together in this amazing home. With all the uncertainties in travel, flight cancellations, and COVID, we urge our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage in the case that interruptions force you to cancel your stay with us. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds.
