In less than 3 minutes, you’ll find yourself on the soft, white shoreline of Cape San Blas. When you’re ready for a break from the salt air, the neighborhood pool offers shaded areas, restrooms, and a refreshing place to cool off.

Every detail at Beach Hive is designed with your comfort in mind. The home features three king suites, each with its own sitting area and a private ensuite bath featuring both a soaking tub and separate shower. Enjoy Smart TVs in every room for easy streaming—just log in with your favorite accounts.

The fourth bedroom is a dream for families, offering a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin daybed, sleeping up to four—perfect for kids or teens to unwind in their own space.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease: a spacious island with seating for six, a prep sink, and essentials like coffee maker and blender.

After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the shaded lounge beneath the home. The space is furnished with comfortable seating, a gas grill, and an easygoing coastal vibe perfect for evening gatherings.

Parking is simple and stress-free, with covered space for two vehicles and additional room in the driveway for your boat or extra cars.

Wonderful modern house maintained in excellent condition. No issues of any kind. Easy check in and out, very well managed overall. Great house in a good spot on the beach. Tons of space, every king room had an extra sun room space. The walk to the beach Boardwalk was not far but by the time you walk to the boardwalk and then through the sand path out onto the beach, it’s a good haul. Only wish was that it had a board walk that extended to beach as pulling a wagon through the sand for the last part was hard like many neighbors did.
