The Bozeman Treehouse Retreat is just seven blocks from downtown and only a few blocks from midtown Bozeman and is occupied by the owner for the majority of the year. We also have a year-round 1-bedroom vacation rental in the front of the house called the Bozeman Retreat. Guests have full access to the entire space including the back yard and private alley-accessed parking. There are no shared spaces.
This new highly efficient contemporary custom home features a full kitchen, local TV, Roku, WiFi, stereo with Bluetooth, keyless entry, washer, dryer, coffee maker, filtered water, in-floor heat, A/C, new appliances, and welcoming decor. There is plenty of off-street parking and the retreat is easy to get to and from wherever your travels might take you.
The Bozeman Treehouse Retreat is in the 'old' or original part of Bozeman. Homes in this area are a mix of original homes that were built in the 1930's to new homes like the Retreat. There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman Midtown is a growing area and this is about five blocks away. The street is quite with really not much more traffic than residential.

MSU College Tour
Toured MSU with our son. Location is great, we walked to main street for dinner every night, and were close to MSU. Spent a day skiing at Bridger Bowl too, which is an easy and short drive. Really enjoyed our time in Bozeman, and would certainly stay here again.

Bozeman Artists Away
Beautiful: new, clean, soothing, filled with art; and wonderful cacti, pottery and textiles. Beautiful peaceful place to stay 3 floors wonderful cozy rooms grrat bed 2 tubs awesome kitchen close to downtown MSU campus and shopping like Macys.

Everything you need and more close to downtown in quiet neighborhood.
This is a great location within walking distance of downtown. The whole decor/vibe of the place is so relaxing and welcoming. I LOVED that the kitchen was so well stocked and the place had everything we needed. I think it’s better in person than the pics. Communication was great and it was so clean. The deck was also a perfect spot to relax! Really enjoyed our stay.

I work in medicine but also own a permaculture educational farm just north of Bozeman.
Why they chose this property
I like to be able to walk out the door and sit by Bridger Creek, along the trails that border this subdivision. Plus I can ride my bike to town or to the local swimming beach. I don't golf but there is a great course right across the street.
I was able to buy this townhouse and finish it just how I have always wanted. It's built to last and equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings. It has radiant floor heat which is the only way to go in Montana winters, plus it is well insulated and has high ceilings with great light.

What makes this property unique
This private residence has character, lots of plants, and plenty of style. Guests enjoy their mornings on the balcony and maybe a soak in the clawfoot tub before bed.
