The house measures 1200 square feet, but in addition to that is a large breezeway with a 2-person hot tub and space to park bicycles, and a very large, private back deck with flowers, garden beds and fire pit and gas bbq grill. It has off-street parking under a covered roof in the driveway (just to the left of the photos above), and more parking along the side street. The outdoor space is landscaped with perennial flower beds and the front yard has huge shade trees in addition to the full size trees along the street.
The master bedroom has a barn wood king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Both have new top of the line Simmons mattress sets.
With hardwood floors throughout the main floor, and tile in the kitchen, extensive remodeling has made the house extremely attractive, as the pictures show. Pluses include nice antique furniture, fancy and functional kitchen, and extra large slate shower. Of course it has high speed wireless internet access and flatscreen tv with cable and a home theater system.
Pets are permitted with a $50 fee per pet and agreement to our pet rules.

Conveniently located and perfect size!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Bozeman, and Paul's house provided a wonderful home-away-from-home for the three of us! His property was nicely maintained with a well-stocked kitchen topped off with Ghost Town coffee, comfy bedrooms and an over-sized shower that gave us a great start and a quiet ending to each day. Paul provided a generous list of recommended restaurants and activities that we could sample to get to know Bozeman better. I would definitely return to this property for future visits to Bozeman, and I highly recommend Paul's house for your next visit as well!
Wonderful house in a great location
Such a great place to stay!! The house is really nice and comfortable. The location is great and despite street construction (which seems to be going on all over Bozeman) quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. The king bed was very comfortable as well. We are talking about staying for a longer period next year. The manager, Paul was very nice and brought us fresh flowers and coffee when we arrived. Everything was pretty much perfect!
A Great Spot Close to Town
We had a great stay at the Peach House. Perfect size for 2-4 people. Kitchen was fully equipped and hot tub an added extra. Any issues were immediately attended to . Walking/ biking to town was a breeze as was driving to the major highways to get to major Montana attractions. Would go back and as a matter of fact we are!!!
5 blocks from downtown Bozeman and centrally located. There is a large park just a block away. During summer there is a weekly Saturday market 3 blocks away at the Fairgrounds.
