The house measures 1200 square feet, but in addition to that is a large breezeway with a hot tub and space to park bicycles, and a very large, private back deck with flowers, garden beds and fire pit and gas bbq grill. It has off-street parking under a covered roof in the driveway (just to the left of the photos above), and more parking along the side street. The outdoor space is landscaped with perennial flower beds and the front yard has huge shade trees in addition to the full size trees along the street.

The master bedroom has a barn wood king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Both have new top of the line Simmons mattress sets.

With hardwood floors throughout the main floor, and tile in the kitchen, extensive remodeling has made the house extremely attractive, as the pictures show. Pluses include nice antique furniture, fancy and functional kitchen, and extra large slate shower. Of course it has high speed wireless internet access and flatscreen tv with cable and a home theater system.

The Peach House is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # 601296

My husband and I took our son, a senior in high school, to Bozeman to check out MSU (he decided to go there!). The Peach House turned out to be absolutely perfect! The location was great -- easy to EVERYTHING, including Walmart for groceries and an easy walk to the distillery and breweries downtown :-)! Paul responded quickly and with a solution -- the coffee maker failed, but he had a replacement ready. The beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms plus laundry was wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Clean, comfortable, easy walk to downtown.

The Peach Cottage was a good fit for us and we very much enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to downtown. Two comfortable bedrooms. Loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Laundry in the basement. The cottage was very clean! Paul was nice to work with and responded to us quickly. We left a pair of socks in the dryer, and he mailed back (thanks Paul!). We'd definitely stay here again.

Best House I've Rented in Bozeman!!! Great House, Location and Neighborhood!!!

My wife and I plus our two dogs, and cat stayed at The Peach House all summer, July 1 thru Sept 5. We loved the house, neighborhood, location and the fresh flowers Pual dropped off every Tuesday. I enjoyed walking the dogs each morning in the unique subdivision and then walking downtown for breakfast. We walked to the farmers market every Saturday and church on Sunday. The house was spotless, the kitchen has everything you need, nice shade trees in the yard and a great side yard. Paul has everything there for a nice relaxing vacation or a nice home away from home setting!!! We are building a second home in Bozeman and if it wouldn't be for that...we would stay at Peach House again, and again!!!!!!

One other point...we have rented 5 different houses in Bozeman the last 5 years. The Peach House is the BEST one!!!!!

Week in Bozeman for a Wedding

The Peach House turned out to be the perfect find for our trip. We were driving to Bozeman for my niece's wedding and were bringing our two dogs, so we were hoping to find a house that would work for our stay. Paul was more than accommodating and understanding about our situation, and welcomed the dogs. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics including a jar of coffee beans and a grinder! The beds were comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and there were plenty of towels. Though it seemed like the space might be tight, there was room for us, the dogs and my sister and her husband from Vermont who joined us for most of the week. The convenience of a 2nd bathroom in the basement along with a washer and dryer made it easy to get through a whole week. And the hot tub was a nice bonus! The location of the house is great. It's half a mile to Main Street, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in the area. (Our favorites were The Daily Coffee and a great breakfast at the tiny and quirky Stockyard Cafe!) There are also numerous places to hike and leash-free dog parks close by. Paul stopped by one morning mid week to see how things were going, and we had a very nice chat with him. The corner the house is on is a little bit busy, but it definitely quiets down at night, and we had no problems sleeping with the windows open. I would definitely recommend the Peach House and would without hesitation stay there again! Thanks, Paul!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the house. It worked out great for us, it is in a perfect location. Our daughter graduated from MSU and we spent several days in the house just hanging out, playing games and visiting. I would recommend it to others and I would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay, great location!

The house is located close to downtown and on a street that is easy to find. We slept comfortably, the bathroom is a good size, but dining was a little challenging when my daughter and her husband ate with us. Having the table extended for the 5 of us, we bumped into the living room furniture making it a little cramped. The house is ideal for a casual stay and we will be staying again in May. The house was clean, I had a tough time getting the coffee maker to work right.

Owner's Response: Glad to hear you had a good visit, and will be coming back! The combined living room and dining area can get tight with a larger group but the furniture is designed to be moved easily to make room. The coffee maker is 6 months old and has not generated complaints so I'm not sure what it was doing. I really try to include how-to info in the welcome book (especially for TVs!) and shop for quality,, no-frills appliances as I realize people will usually be unfamiliar with the exact model. Feel free to give me some specific feedback that I can pass along so people can enjoy the fresh, organic, Montana-roasted coffee that I supply for each reservation. Paul

5 blocks from downtown Bozeman and centrally located. There is a large park just a block away. During summer there is a weekly Saturday market 3 blocks away at the Fairgrounds.
