Great little property in a perfect location. Walk to coffee shops, brewery's and restaurants. Being it was our first time in Bozeman, it was a great place to stay.
We had a wonderful time in Bozeman. This house is a gem. It's close to town, clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.
As we walked through the front door, the charm, comfort and calmness of this cottage welcomed us. My husband and I spent a week visiting a recuperating family member. We were able to cook family dinners every night for 3-5 adults; the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't need a car since coffee shops, the library, pubs, and groceries were all within a few blocks and we love to walk. We had a blast sledding at Peet's Hill and explored the trails around the Story Mill with Wiley (golden retriever). Coming home to a fire in the woodstove and comfortable, clean beds was soothing. The sofabed was helpful when a son spent a few nights. Having two bathrooms and laundry facilities added to the sense of home. We found Paul to be accommodating and generous; all details were taken care of with ease and no surprises. The cottage exceeded our expectations and was the base for a meaningful family week.
We loved staying at the Northside Hideaway! This was our annual trip to Bozeman, but the first time we've stayed in town, and we were so happy we did and that we chose this place. We loved the location, with everything a 5-7 minute walk away. We walked to dinner, yoga, shopping, the spa... it was great! We brought our own mountain bikes and were able to store them in the locked shed, and then hop on them to hit the nearby trails. While the house might not look like much on the outside, it is so beautifully remodeled inside! It's much more spacious than it looks in the pictures, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood every day, getting to know the other neighborhood pups. Paul was great with communication and always quick to respond. We enjoyed meeting him a few days into our stay and chatting about the neighborhood. We highly recommend this rental, and hope to stay there again!
The cottage was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with two small dogs and the cottage was very accommodating. This is a great location as a starting point for Yellowstone and big sky. Bozeman has a lot to offer and is easy to travel around. If you are traveling with dogs make sure you check out snowfall dog park north of town. The cottage and its management were great.
We live and work at Yellowstone National Park in Gardiner, MT. So a trip to the city (Bozeman) is a nice treat. Having a nice place to stay for a long weekend, which allows our dog and feels like home is wonderful - and this fit! The location is great, since we walked to Wild Crumb for breakfast and walked the dog to Lindley Park for some play. It is a quick drive to Bridger for skiing too! Everything was great! The only nice-to-have suggestion would be a fenced yard for the dog.
