About Suzan

SunDaze is locally owned by 3 sisters - Two who love to travel in comfort & style, & One who is a natural interior decorator & perfectionist. We decided we had the expertise to showcase this darling early 1900's style (built in 2003) vacation home & give visitors to Bozeman a true Montana welcome & first class experience in our native state. We purchased it in October 2014 & have collaborated to make it a perfect vacation hideaway. It's important to us that you're comfortable and want to come back again!

Suzan purchased this house in 2014

Why Suzan chose Yellowstone Country

We grew up 90 miles from Bozeman, went to college here, & work here. There is no other place like Bozeman - especially the downtown area - While this house fits right in with the building style & ambience of the neighborhood, it was built in 2003 & has been recently renovated. We love it here, & can provide you with any number & variety of things to do & places to go in southwest Montana

What makes this house unique

Enjoy the sun-filled rooms in this quiet Historic North Bozeman neighborhood.

This house is a gem!

  • 5 of 5

The house is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of downtown. We have stayed at many VRBO houses and this was by far the most well equipped. It was very clean and attractively furnished. We didn't have to rush out and buy paper towels, coffee, bottled water, etc. as everything was provided. There was even a nice bottle of red wine waiting for us after a long day of travel! This kind of special touch was evident throughout the house. Clearly lots of thought had been put into making our stay comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions and graciously let us check in early. We haven't bothered to write reviews before, but we were so pleased with SunDaze Hideaway, we wanted to take the time. If we make it back to Bozeman, we hope this house will be available!

Perfect house and hub for Bozo fun!

Suzan has this place dialed in for friends and families who want a centrally located operational HQ to plan for and access all things Bozeman. We now have a new favorite town and are already scheming to return.

Sun Daze is as good as it gets!

  • 5 of 5

Sun Daze is outstanding!

We feel more at home here than at our own house. Every detail was thought out and taken care of. The location is perfect, nice easy walk to Main Street and quick car access to I-90 and the business district. Great place to spend our anniversary ( and fish a little too)

Sad to leave and can't wait to be back!

Delightful Stay

  • 5 of 5

We could not have been more pleased with your home-away-from-home accommodations in Bozeman. The home was lovely, well-appointed, and looked brand new. The location was quiet but only about 6 or so blocks from historic downtown with all its cute shops, restaurants, and bars. So it was definitely within walking distance. Suzan would always promptly reply to any questions we might have and they had a lovely welcoming basket awaiting our arrival which was a nice touch. Definitely a great option if staying in Bozeman and we would highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful property in a pleasant neighborhood--seven blocks from downtown Main Street and two blocks from the fairgrounds. The house is pretty, well furnished and exceptionally clean. We've rented several properties in Bozeman. While all of them were nice, this is our favorite; we hope to return. Our favorite activity was the Fourth of July at the fairgrounds. The Bozeman Symphony played before the spectacular fireworks display. It was a perfect small town celebration. (We also enjoyed the snacks left for us by the owners.)

Sundaze Hideaway Dream Come True

  • 5 of 5

My Montana State University buddies and I reunited at Sundaze Hideaway for a few days and we all wanted to live there the minute we went inside! Forget our own lives! This home is truly a dream come true if you want a comfortable, darling home on a tree-lined street within walking distance to downtown Main Street! This home was exactly like the pictures and description. Mock Orange bushes now flank the front porch. The sweet aroma of these bushes was hypnotic. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed our wine and grilling on the deck which has an attached yard. There are two neighbors that are a part of this property yet we never saw anyone and the whole neighborhood was ultra quiet! The house was so well equipped we were like little kids discovering goodies in each cupboard! The whole interior was beautiful and comfortably decorated yet our favorite things were the beds and bedding. We were all like Sleeping Beauties as we each said we had never slept so well! We were lucky and enjoyed a cool breeze every night, but I loved that they have the built-in (not window) air conditioners that cool the whole upstairs. The downstairs is totally comfortable too with the high ceilings and portable fans that are discretely placed in a couple rooms downstairs. When we did tear ourselves away from "home" for a bit, we took great walks around the neighborhoods that have so many renovated homes. It was fun just seeing these on our walks. There are great parks for families close to the home as well as a farmer's market within sight of the house. Main Street has several great restaurants and bars/brew pubs/shops/art gallaries which we enjoyed and found it fun and safe to be able to walk to and from very easily even into late night. Suzan, one of three sisters who own the home, was so helpful all along from changing my reservation about three times, helping me navigate the on-line paperwork (I just wasn't doing it correctly,) and welcoming us with a phone call to let us know we would be able to get in early that particular day. Thanks to the three ladies who run this VRBO, we had the perfect backdrop to relax, breathe the fresh Montana air, and pretend we were 18 again!! Lastly, this was the most perfect setting for us to enjoy the summer solstice of 2016 as we watched the moon, sun, and stars light up the Bozeman sky. I highly recommend this home away from home. You will love it. It's a dream come true! We'll be back!
