A quiet and cozy spot in the heart of the valley to kick back and relax. Of course if you don't want to do that - there are so many outdoor activities right outside your door. This is a spot where you can read a book by the fire or sit outside on the large deck and be amazed by the view of the Bridger Mountains. If you decide to step out and do something in the outdoors, your choices are limitless. We are only 15 minutes from 'the locals favorite' ski spot - Bridger Bowl. Or, if you are more adventurous, Big Sky and Moonlight Basin Ski Resorts are only about 40 minutes away. We also have cross-country skiing, quiet places to snowshoe and lots of hills for sledding. If you come in the summer we have a great trail hiking system, Canyon Ferry Lake (1 Hour), waterfalls to visit and zip lining - if you want to get a different perspective of a great view. If you go downtown you will find The Museum of the Rockies, fabulous restaurants, fantastic antique stores and many quaint little stores with items made/painted by local artists. We are only about 5 minutes from Montana State University and Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.

Main level may be rented for 2 guests only. See rates. If you plan to rent main level only - remember we have a 2 guest maximum.

About Melissa

We moved to Bozeman in 1993 and are still in love with it. We moved here because of the hunting and fishing, but have found that, even though it is known for that, there are so many more things to do here. I have dabbled in the real estate market here and my husband is a builder. We like watch and participate in sports. We are avid MSU Bobcat fans! And one Griz fan.

Melissa purchased this townhome in 2015

Why Melissa chose Bozeman

We are away from all the city noise but only minutes from the excitement of downtown. You will find an endless array of casual to fine dining options nearby. There are several grocery stores if you choose to do your own cooking; including an organic grocer. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking gear and dishware, appliances, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. We have an instant hot water dispenser and reverse osmosis dispenser also. Feel free to use any cooking essentials in the pantry or pick up your own

What makes this townhome unique

Bridger sunrise is located in the center of Bozeman in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There is open space out the back door and a park 2 blocks away. You will only be a short distance from local restaurants, unique shops and the Gallatin valley mall (which has a large movie theater). There are many mom & pop coffee shops, bars and local entertainment including live music & theater - including Shakespeare in the parks.

Excellent rental in great location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in this new condo. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. It was nicely furnished, well equipped and a great location. It was nice to be so close to the route to Bridger Bowl yet be close to downtown. This is one of the nicest properties that we have rented. Owners were responsive and very helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful town home with a "Montana" feel.

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property for our employees on contract in Bozeman for 3 months. Everyone was so pleased with their accommodations. The home is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We have nothing but good things to say. The managers are helpful and easy to contact, and the location worked perfect for us. We highly recommend this property and will use it again when we need housing in Bozeman.

Comfortable and convenient; super-responsive owners

  • 5 of 5

Six family members gathered here to attend a family wedding in town. The house was attractive and meticulously clean and shiny. Lots of fun touches in the decor. Closets were huge, with plenty of space for both hanging things and storing things on shelves. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough for several "cooks" at once. When there was a small leak under the sink, owner Wes came over right away and solved the problem. Neighborhood of townhomes and single-family houses was quiet and friendly. Main Street, with all its great shops and eateries, is within walking distance for those in good shape. Several main roads were just blocks away, and nothing around the town is hard to get to from this house. We had a wonderful time in Bozeman and this house was a peaceful and pleasant retreat after the excitement of the wedding. I would absolutely stay here again. Many thanks to the owners!

Beautiful accomodations for dance moms from MN!!

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our party of 4 ladies ranging in ages 30 - 65. We each had our own bed and more than enough space to be comfortable! The location is great. It was easy to get on the freeway from the house. But we walked downtown for shopping and dining. There are wonderful walking and hiking trails in Bozeman but we enjoyed just exploring the area around the house. It felt very safe and you can't beat the scenery. The house is new so the appliances are updated and very nice. Loved the double oven! We would definitely rent this home again.
