Beautiful 3 acre property with new deck, recent kitchen renovation, and landscaping, close to bike baths, bus stop, and a short distance from town.
First Floor: Entry hall, powder room, living room and dining room with table for 8. Kitchen with eating area, gas stove top and double oven. Deck, stone patio and outdoor shower. Master bedroom with King and en-suite bathroom with shower, study with TV.
Second Floor: Loft above living room with TV, two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub/shower.
It’s a great house w/ more updates to the entire house and yard and is a lovely oasis close to town. Moments to Sanford Farm and other conservation areas and walking paths. House has central air.

The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
