Idéalement situé dans le quartier historique et le quartier exclusif de Cliff Road, la maison est à seulement 1/4 mile de Steps Beach, Jetties Beach, The Oldest House et le centre de la ville.
La maison est située à proximité de Something Natural, une boulangerie locale et une sandwicherie.
Le joli porche avant permet de se détendre tout en regardant le monde passer. La grande cour arrière offre à la fois du soleil et deux grands arbres d'ombrage. Un barbecue à gaz, des tables et des chaises pour votre plaisir de dîner en plein air sont également fournis, les brises et l'air de l'océan remplissent l'air pour votre expérience de détente pendant votre séjour.
La maison est très confortable, très propre, bien équipée et joliment meublée, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.
La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale.
Au premier étage: la chambre principale a un lit King et sa propre salle de bain, la chambre Queen partage le bain invité; Au deuxième étage: les chambres doubles et doubles partagent une salle de bain.
Il y a des pistes cyclables et des arrêts de navettes à proximité.

Great location!

Great location! About a 10 min walk from town. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

This stay has a beautiful back yard and front porch. Location a 10min walk from town was key. The bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large family. We had a wonderful stay✨

Perfect location

This home is a perfect location - 10 minute walk to town and 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Downstairs living quarters were great, but upstairs is tight. Home is a bit dated but expected given the price of the rental compared to other new places nearby.

Great house close to town

I really enjoyed my stay here. The front porch and backyard are perfect for morning coffee and post-beach cocktails. The house is a 4 min bike ride into town and a quick walk to steps beach. The owner was very responsive on text during nt stay. I already miss it!

The house is in a great location within walking distance to town and right on the Madaket bus line. We especially loved the front porch!

Fabulous home walking distance to town!

We absolutely loved this property and it was perfect for our party of 8. The porch and the dining area were the best parts because we were able to spend time together, enjoying the beautiful weather and also eating home-cooked meals at a large table. Highly recommend and we hope to go back!

Beautiful Home and Great location

Aline was a wonderful host - everything is exactly as pictured and described. She made it easy and fun for us to enjoy Memorial Day Weekend and the races in town. Will 100% try and come back. The separation of the trash is no joke by the way, make sure you do your part!

Perfect for our family get together during Stroll.

Very comfortable home for 3 couples. Wifi did not work well but we didn't come to Nantucket to spend our time on electronics. A bit far from town for the old folks in our group but taxis were very responsive.

Perfect!

We loved staying in this charming house! We could walk or ride bikes to town or beach. Both the owner and the handyman were immediately responsive to any query we had. We loved sitting on the front porch at night people watching. It was fabulous in every way.

Great place for the week!

The house was great and so was the location. 10-15 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to Jetties Beach. The front porch ended up being our favorite spot to relax after a day at the beach and the grill in the backyard made staying in for dinner a lot easier. This place was everything and more that we were looking for and will 100% look into renting again next year!

Amazing House - Close to Town!

We had such an excellent time! The house was adorable and was in such a good location. It's only a mile from downtown where the ferry drops you off so it's very easy to get to and is definitely walkable. I rented the house for a girl's weekend and everyone was obsessed with it from the moment we pulled in. The owners, Aline and Charles, were great and answered all of my pre-trip and even post-trip questions very quickly. I hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again either later this year or next!

Perfect for a stay in Nantucket

We had a wonderful time staying here over Memorial Day Weekend. MDW is quite crowded on the island and this home was a perfect getaway from the crowds, while also being conveniently located to town and the beach. The owners are very accommodating and provide you with everything you need to feel right at home. Everything was clean and there is plenty of space for a large group. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Worst rental we have ever had in Nantucket

We rented this house last summer for three weeks. The home was very outdated. None of the air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms worked. They leaked and were very loud. When I called about them I was told that they were working too hard (even though they did not blow cool or cold air). My family slept in the bedrooms downstairs. The cabinet drawers were broken (which we were charged for). The only spot for the kids to play was the porch and my 3 and 5 year used crayola chalk, which got on the wood and we were changed for extra cleaning (it requires rain or a hose). I was also charged for "staining sheets" in the upstairs bedroom. We used the sheets under the airconditioner when it was spitting out ice and water. The yard was large but the wrought iron furniture was rusty and cushionless. The Adirondack chairs were old, unfinished and splintery. We never sat outside Or used the yard. The grass was burnt and mostly dry dirt. When I asked if we could use the nicer furniture or cushions (that were in the basement) the owner told us she felt that what was there was good enough. The final issue we had was that we were charged for not recycling appropriately (apparently there wasn't an issue with the first pick up but only with the pick up after we left). The total additional charges equaled our security deposit (ironically). The sad thing about the house was that it was so dusty that we didn't complete our stay and left early because my child kept have asthma flare ups. This is really a renters beware

Convenient, comfortable, clean

This property was convenient to town, a short walk to the beach, great for a family get together. The home is well maintained, spacious, very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and responded in a timely manner to our e-mails. Although we were initially unsure about renting a home in this manner [online], the owners made the process easy! We hope to return again!
