Come stay directly on the beautiful beaches of the Chesapeake Bay.

We have just completed "freshening up” of this roomy 4 bedroom 2 bath home. This property is #1 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck.. This unit has two bedrooms downstairs along with a full bath and all the living areas. Upstairs has the Master bedroom with a King size bed and a beautiful view of the bay. The second upstairs bedroom features a Queen size bed and a small sitting area, along with a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub.

We are beach front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes. We have a 65" Smart TV and high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for those wanting to stay home and practice your culinary skills.

But best of all the is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches, right out your door.

We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a charcoal grill for cooking out.

Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 108 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We live nearby to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" - No "Inviting a few friends" - No "Cookouts" - No "friends stopping by for a visit" - No "Wakes" - No "Funerals" - No "Birthday Parties"!!!! All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
