King-size bed in master bedroom with 2 walk-in closets and a glass enclosed shower all looking out onto Sarasota Bay. Extra large wall TV. Office doubles as a guest bedroom with a plush, extra thick queen Murphy bed and its own glass enclosed shower. Garage level has two twin beds in an extra large room with wide screen TV. Gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to eat in - or go enjoy the many wonderful restaurants at St. Armand's or Longboat Key. Living room with large widescreen TV. There is a private boat dock as well if you want to bring your boat. New community exercise room, pool and social room for gatherings. Private beach club with gated access that you have access to. What did I forget? Just ask me. There is so much more ... Rates can vary with month renting. 2 month rental minimum.
