We are Boston and love the Florida sunshine. Our one-bedroom gem sits right on the beach with a lovely pool. The unit overlooks the ocean.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is residential - not a big condo building. Our building is only 24 units. Walking distance to Atlantic Ave with fantastic shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The location in Delray is the perfect location for a getaway or a longer stay. Also, our condo association allows monthly rentals which is very rare. Our goal is to rent for Dec, Jan, and Feb but open to other offers.
