The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Lock the backyard gate lock and side door. When exiting, press the Lock button on the electronic lock or notify Host to lock front door.
Place used towels in the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Return any keys. Lost keys will result in a re-keying fee based on market price.
Supervise children in and around the pool.

We enjoyed our stay much! The backyard was a highlight. The little ones enjoyed the playhouses and riding toys and the pool was area was so relaxing. The house is roomy and beds are comfy.
