The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the gentle splash of water from your private pool, while the distant hum of nearby theme parks promises adventure. Inside, spacious living areas invite laughter as you gather around the dining table after a day of thrills. The villa’s open layout lets you drift between indoor comfort and outdoor fun with ease, creating a seamless flow for family and friends.



Sleeping Arrangements

This villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. Bedroom 1 on the first floor features a Queen Bed, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a King Bed, and Bedroom 6 provides another King Bed for added comfort. Bedrooms 3 and 5 each contain two Single Beds, ideal for kids or adults sharing space. Bedroom 4 is equipped with two Bunk Beds, sleeping four guests. Five bathrooms ensure everyone has a convenient place to refresh.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to a private pool with optional heating, allowing a refreshing dip any time of year. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. You're allowed to park up to 2 vehicles in the available spaces in front of the townhouse. Parking is on a ‘first come, first served basis. Always follow standard parking regulations.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
