The home was the perfect size for my family. But it need some serious cleaning done. Also the roaches will literally take your food off the counter. When the lights go out the roaches are everywhere and when the lights come on the scramble out of site. When I reported it to the owner he said they treat the home every month. This can't be true. Also there is a horrible smell on the outside by the pool. It smells like sewage but the owner said no its the sprinkler system. We'll he needs to have it dug up and replaced. Between the roaches and the smell while using the pool and we having to clean before we even had time to enjoy the home. I won't every rent that home again. We had to put our suitcases in the car so we did not take the roaches home with us. We literally keep all of our things

Large house with lots of beds for big groups. Great amount of bathrooms for large groups too. There’s definitely wear and tear noticeable but not any you wouldn’t expect from a rental. The themed rooms are awesome with painted walls and plushies. Well done! Although the beds are missing some springs and not the most comfy. There wasn’t a house manual/instruction sheet sent or at the home.. so we had to contact host with all questions (towels, parking, trash etc). There are no kitchen items (consumable) or kitchen towels provided. And only the bare minimum amount of towels provided. No bath mats in some bathrooms. Overall, it’s a good large space with a nice pool for groups. Just be prepped to stop at the nearby target for some essentials!

The house is better in person than even the pictures show. There was plenty of space for our whole family but yet very nice areas to congregate at the end of a long day in the parks. The pool was awesome and having it heated really helped with a few cool nights in Feb.Dependinf on traffic it is only 20-25 minutes to Disney and 25-35 minutes to Universal. Mathew is a tremendous host and responds very quickly if there are any issues that come up. We hope to come back down next year and will certainly look to see if Mathews house is available.

The location of the home was perfect as we were only 5 mins away from shopping and a 15 - 20 min (due to traffic lights) drive away from Sea World Orlando and other outlet shopping centers. The home was very nice and spacious, nicely decorated. It felt homey. The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet, not too busy or overcrowded. *(Prepare to wait a little to enter into the neighborhood as the guard gate does get a little busy.) The host greeted us via the app around check-in time and responded to all questions that we had in a timely manner. The only issue that we encountered was WiFi connectivity. The WiFi signal was horrible. There were a total of 8 TVs in the home and only 3 of them would connect for us to watch TV. The host was notified but could not offer us a solution. There was also a sliding glass door that would not lock going into the pool area. The host was notified and assured that he would have someone to come and fix it. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and were comfortable in this home which is why I gave it 4 stars. Would have been perfect if the WiFi worked properly.
