Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Chittenden. 15 minutes to pico Mountain 22 minutes to Killington Mountain 1.8 miles to Mountain Top Inn and 2 miles to the Chittenden dam we are essentially located for hiking snowmobile trails skiing and swimming.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn electric heater off in the downstairs second bedroom
Do not put any loose garbage in the outside garbage pails guess we’ll be charged $40. Garbage man will not remove any loose garbage.
Turn all three thermostats down to 60° before. Turn off air condition
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
