The property house was beautiful, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near my family and all the restaurants & shops! We only had to buy more toilet paper since there was three women in the home but well stocked with all the amenities. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the golf cart.

The house was great and in a great location. A ton of things to do within a golf cart drive away, so it helped to have the golf cart included with the rental. There was a pool right down the street and the owners facilitated the temporary resident passes for unlimited access. The owner was responsive to text messages for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

The Well Point neighborhood is brand new, and an easy 5min ride to the newly built Eastport Center. It's also a leisurely 15min drive to Brownwood Center (Erin's favorite!). Surrounded by both adult only & family friendly pools, a brand new golf course, and beautiful nature trails, it feels like the perfect spot.
