Signed rental agreement with ID required within 24 hours (primary guest 25+). All guests must be listed—no unregistered visitors.

Quiet hours: 8 PM–6 AM.

$500 security deposit hold required.

Always lock doors/windows when leaving the villa.

Occasional power outages may occur during heavy rain—normal for Costa Rica. Flashlights provided.

Bedrooms have AC; social areas are open air. Keep bedroom doors closed and turn off AC when not in use.

Third-party travel insurance required for cancellations outside policy.

No pets, smoking, events, parties, or commercial photography.

Guest verification via Truvi required before arrival.
