This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy all St. Simons Island offers. Sea Palms Golf Course is nearby, along with plenty of other public golf courses if you're looking to tee off. Several beaches, including East Beach, are less than five miles away, so you can easily spend a day lounging on the sand and soaking up the sun.

Enjoy cooking out on the backyard grill, taking in the expansive backyard space while the kids run around. This incredibly spacious home is perfect for groups looking to get away. Multiple outdoor sitting areas allow everyone to relax, and you can bring the fun inside to the comfortably furnished living room. Central air-conditioning ensures that everyone will rest with ease no matter what season you choose to make the trip. If you want to make side dishes for your cookout, the well-equipped full kitchen features plenty of cooking space and a wine fridge for storing refreshments.

The main bedroom is set close to the living room and features a deluxe closet and en suite bathroom. The three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to the private deck so that you can admire the tranquil views into the backyard greenery first thing in the morning. A nearby desk workspace upstairs is perfect for completing remote work assignments. Extra touches include a private washer/dryer and a casual lounge with pineapple-themed decor.

The house was not clean, we spent the majority of the time away from the home. We found hair on towels. Carpets had stains. We provided pictures to Vacasa. The deck looked as if mold may be present, mildew definitely. Backyard was fenced, which was nice for our dog.

House was fine for what I needed, however most of house is carpeted and had many bad stains in the carpet. Not sure if this is a commonly rented house for UGA/FLA weekend but the stains were a bit out of control. Otherwise the house is great and location is great!

Dog friendly

This is our second stay at this house. Our family and dog love the space, location, dog amenities, and large back yard. We go after Labor Day so our dog can go on the beach during the day - she loves the water. This time the weather was not great but still a very relaxing stay!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, this property is great for a large group, great quiet neighborhood! Very clean and spacious! The only thing that would make it better would be if it was closer to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely consider booking this property again if we return to Saint Simons.

Lovely Home

A Great Stay

The property was just as described, and just what we were looking for. We were in town to attend a conference at Sea Palms and were literally 5 minutes away. The location couldn't have been better. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy and everything we needed!

Very spacious and comfortable

The property was awesome! It was clean and spacious. We ended up only having 4 people, but it can easily sleep 11. It would be great for a family. There were no checkout instructions, so we were confused on whether we needed to strip beds/pull towels/trash. We left it clean, so we’re hoping that’s the standard for checkout. There were a few structural issues that pre-existed our stay that should be fixed: gutters were overflowing, one of the trash cans was broken in the kitchen, the upstairs bath didn’t drain well, and the toilet paper holder was disconnected from the wall. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly

Great house, neighborhood, lots of space and very dog friendly… lovely fenced yard. Our dog loves the ocean so every year our family tries to stay a few days after Labor Day when dogs are allowed on the beach during the day. It’s a great getaway!

Awesome and Quiet

This was one beautiful place to stay!, Roomy and a fenced in yard. Neighborhood was quiet and scenic. The kitchen was a dream . Only downfall was the kitchen wasn"t equipped with much kitchenware. Could use a few things! I would stay there again!

Dog friendly rental

Pictures don’t show that the back yard is completely fenced in which is great for dog owners. Loved the neighborhood and the home.
