This beautifully maintained home sits on a quiet residential street and features a spacious open layout perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with family. Step outside to your private screened-in lanai, where you’ll find a heated in-ground pool, a soothing hot tub. One complimentary activation per day. (MAX 1.5 hours). Requires 3-4 hours notice. Activated remotely by host with automatic shutoff after a preset time window. Guests select one time per day. Additional time windows are $30 per day. Pool is heated year-round. The spa bubbles are on a timed system and cannot be left running continuously for safety and equipment protect. Typically run for 15-30 min.
