Yacht club area of Cape Coral w/ Saltwater Pool, Dock & Theater Room

This 3 bedroom & 2 full bath home is set up to provide a wonderful stay for you and your family. Enjoy swimming in our salt water pool, fishing off our dock or enjoying the Caloosahatchee in a kayak.

As a family-friendly retreat, we've included amenities for the little ones, such as a highchair, pack 'n play, and children's dishes. There are also two living rooms, each with a smart TV, offering separate spaces for entertainment. For movie nights, you can take advantage of the 130-inch movie theater complete with seating for eight.

For those needing to work remotely, we offer two dedicated workspaces. One is located in the front living room, and for added privacy, there's another in the back bedroom where you can close the door. Both are equipped with surge protectors for your devices.

Each bedroom features a smart TV and charging stations. With two king beds and one queen bed, there's ample space for everyone. For a restful night's sleep, we provide a white noise machine and a box fan should you prefer some background sound.

During your stay, you can enjoy bike rides to the public beach, try fishing from your private dock, or simply relax and perhaps spot playful dolphins or manatees. We provide bikes and fishing poles for your use. The beautiful saltwater pool features fountains and a shallow lounge area for unwinding. Meals can be enjoyed on the lanai at the full-size dining area, and you can make use of the large Blackstone grill. We also have an outdoor shower for your convenience.

If you have a boat, feel free to bring it along and tie up at our private dock, which has running water and power available.

The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers, including one walk-in shower, for your comfort. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with dishwasher pods, dish soap, trash bags, and a selection of coffee and tea so you can settle in and relax in sunny Florida right away without needing an immediate trip to the supermarket.

We are also just a short drive from the lively nightlife of Cape Coral, with its fun bars offering live music, tiki vibes, and excellent restaurants.

To ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay, please note that our pool and yard are professionally maintained on a weekly basis. This typically occurs on Mondays, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Our landscapers will be working outside and should not disturb you. The pool cleaner will need to access the lanai, but their visit is usually brief, lasting approximately 10 minutes, and they will not interfere with your enjoyment.
