The home’s saltwater heated pool is surrounded by a large deck and patio area with premium outdoor seating—perfect for lounging in the Florida sunshine or enjoying an evening meal. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during Oct–May. The first floor features an open-concept layout with 10-foot ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom-made dining table overlooking the pool and grilling area.

Sleeping arrangements include:

GROUND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom with king bed and SMART TV
-Full bathroom with walk-in shower
-Fully stocked kitchen and main living area with SMART TV

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master suite with king bed, SMART TV, private bath, and private balcony
-Guest bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV
-Bunk room with double bunks (sleeps 4 – bunks have a weight limit of 100 lbs) and SMART TV
-Full guest bathroom

Each bedroom and living space is equipped with SMART TVs for streaming and entertainment.

This home is also equipped with a propane grill for outdoor cooking, making it easy to enjoy dinner by the pool after a fun day at the beach. Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. The property has ground-level entry for convenient access, though it is not ADA-compliant. There is also a large private parking lot next to the house that can accommodate multiple vehicles and trailers. Smoking is permitted on the exterior of the property. However, smoking is not permitted indoors to ensure a clean and refreshing space for all guests.

Pets are allowed but must be approved by the host prior to arrival. Up to three dogs (50 lbs or under) are allowed, with a fee of $125 per dog.

A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
