The house was beautiful and comfortable; had everything we needed! It was a short walk to the beach (and the collapsible canvas wagon in the garage helped a ton), and close to convenience and souvenir stores. Our family had a blast.

Overall the place was a very comfortable stay with the family group. Ice maker on refrigerator stopped working..perfect walk to the beach.

Not exactly what we were expecting, but it was good. Was pleased that the property provided a couple of chairs, canopy, and coolers for the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a blender. There were a few issues with bugs throughout our stay but nothing we didn’t just squish and get rid of. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags that we had to go by ourselves. We found some extra at the house, but it was in a locked cabinet. All in all, we would stay here again. Great location & close to the beach!

I love the location. We were there for our wedding on the beach and it was so close. The beds were comfortable and the water held up to 8 people taking showers everyday! Having garage access was priceless to store things every day after beach play! I will definitely consider this place again next year! I would like to make a suggestion. I had to sweep every day (which was not a problem) however a small vacuum would have been so much easier especially on the stairs. A dust mop as well. That broom was hard to use but it did get the job done!

Overall good stay

Ovrrall it was what we needed and expected, particulary for the price. There were a few 'nits,' but the manager/contact for the property was very responsive and quick to help resolve those little issues.

Good location and service from managers, a few "nits"

Clean, comfortable, close to beach. The manager was super responsive to things we complained about. However, because we came in off season, after a couple of months without any short term rentals a couple things weren’t noticed til we arrived, and not all could be resolved while we were there. (Outside light never worked which was most difficult on our initial arrival, trying to see an unknown entry keypad; dishwasher door latch was not working correctly, and so was difficult to run). Not every bedroom has a closet, so those who hang clothes need to be aware and choose their room accordingly.

Clean but..

Overall basics were clean. Coffee pot was disgusting, after buying vinegar to clean it of course didn’t work, we had to purchase a new one. The patio was not at all as pictured. There were cigarette butts left in the “butt can”. The grills hadn’t been cleaned. We had to clean them burn them then buy more charcoal to use them. Floors where already sandy when we walked in. There was a huge chunk of hair in the tub in upstairs main bathroom. There was no easily findable linens for the pull out sofa that could use a new mattress. The smoke alarm went off twice at 12:37 am Monday. Might need to change the battery

Family Beach trip 6/29/24

The condo is a minute drive to the beach or a 5 minute walk, which was super convenient. There are 2 gas stations and a gift shop within a block of the condo so that was convenient as well! The only hiccup we encountered was the AC not being on upon arrival so it was hot inside. Communication with the owner was quick but we managed to figure out what the problem was and the AC was back on! The owner still sent his AC guy to check just in case. There were a few roaches spotted in the kitchen so we made sure not to leave food out. There was enough pots and pans for cooking, utensils, dish ware and cups to use. The dining area/ kitchen is a tight squeeze, and the living room is small. (Look at the photos) Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The condo is in between 2 other apartment complexes so do not expect any views. We were able to park 2 big SUV’s but it was a tight squeeze. One of our guests had to park in the extra parking lot on the other side of one of the apartment complexes. We didn’t spend any time in the backyard due to mosquitoes. I didn’t see a bbq pit. The condo is narrow, we had 7 adults so the main areas were a bit of a squeeze. Upstairs was a little more open space. Overall we were happy and comfortable.

Comfy, Spacious and Convenient

We had our Family Summer Vacation, which we haven’t had for years. The house was right down the road from the beach and close to everything else. We truly enjoyed staying there and how comfy the house was.

Close to the beach and functional!

This place had everything our small family + our friend's family needed. 4 adults and 4 children comfortably fit and had enough room to enjoy. The best perk was being so close to the beach, we walked every time. Appreciated the beach toys/chairs/wagon we found and could use, too!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Plenty of places for everyone to spread out and sleep. Lots of bathrooms which is convenient. Loved being able to store large items in the garage. Weather was a bit rainy so we found ourselves hanging out a bit more in the living room playing games which isn't large so that felt a bit cramped. But on an average visit you wouldn't be at the condo as much as we were. I had rescheduled from my original dates which was very much appreciated and a smooth process. I didn't receive any of the normal email notifications about check in or check out procedures and I attribute that to the change in dates. Perhaps the system just didn't get aligned but a few messages and phone call and we were squared away. Property Manager was very helpful and prompt in responding. Highly recommend this place to stay!
