Beautiful remodelled luxury home on PGA West. 5 star.

This newly renovated home is located on the 11th tee box of the world famous TPC Stadium golf course at prestigious PGA West in La Quinta, California.

With almost 1700 square feet, this east facing home enjoys morning sun on the golf course side patio. Enjoy your morning coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice while watching the golfers tee off.

This bright and spacious home boasts 13 foot ceilings. The kitchen, living room and dining room are situated with a view of the golf course and easy access to the patio through two sliding glass doors.

New porcelain tile, that looks like dark hardwood, have been installed throughout, except for bedrooms, for a modern, rich look that is easy clean.

The modern living room has a sectional sofa with recliners on each end and is situated in front of a 70 inch HD, flat screen television with Time Warner Cable, including movie stations, and a DVD player.

The kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes etc to make your stay enjoyable.

The dining room features a 7 foot glass table top with 8 chairs and is only a sliding glass door away from the gas barbeque on the patio.

The master bedroom has a new pillowtop king size bed, 32 inch HD, flat screen television, and access to a private patio to enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. Off the master bedroom is a large bathroom with double vanity sinks, bathtub/shower with enclosure and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has a new pillowtop king size bed and offers lots of drawers and closet space. A separate doorway gives access to the main bathroom and shower.

The third bedroom is very comfortable with a newer queen bed. Dresser and small closet. Also has a desk.

You don't have to bring your whole wardrobe on your vacation. Save some room and weight in your suitcase. Although there is lots and lots of closet and storage. A full laundry room with all facilities is available to wash your clothes.

You will have a garage door opener to allow easy access to a 2 car garage.

A set of TaylorMade men's right hand golf clubs are available so that you don't need to bring your own clubs with you.

Time Warner Cable Systems provides more TV stations that you will ever want and also high speed internet and telephone service with free long distance anywhere in the US or Canada.

You will think you have your own private pool and spa, as this beautiful large pool is only 50 short paces away.

We enjoyed our entire experience and would definitely stay here again! The beds are sooooooooooo comfy and it is very convenient to the pool. The view is amazing and the home is very well maintained and clean!

Golf and Pool

Well kept residence with everything you need to enjoy a stay. My kids loved the pool and I was able to enjoy a round of golf despite the heat. Very spacious with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

The Condo was great, clean, and updated. Plenty of sitting area on the outside patio with a good view of the fairway. Pool/Jacuzzi area is very close which made it very convenient. Reservation and check-in process was very easy. Owner and Property Manager were very attentive in responding. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Winter Getaway

Great winter getaway during Christmas break with the kids, ages 21 & 17. Condo was spacious and well appointed, love the couch! Pool/jacuzzi was very close by and we watched golfers tee off @ #11 from the back patio. I would rebook this place. Thank you to our hosts!

This property is modern, spacious and beautiful. Lovely view of the golf course. Great location. We are of family of 5 and we had plenty of space for as all. Very clean and has everything you would need. Close to shops and restaurants. Communication with Colleen and Brian was excellent. Probably one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this outstanding property!

We, very recently, had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful unit for a week. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, and then some! The view of the golf course was amazing, complete with a delicious orange tree right beside the patio. The owners were a joy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful home

I highly recommend this property. My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend here and it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The home was very clean and up to date. We had the privilege of speaking with the owners who made us feel welcome. We can't wait to spend more summers here.

Great unit in PGA West (Stadium)!

We stayed in this unit for a week over Thanksgiving. Very clean, updated and within walking distance to two pools. We will definitely recommend to our friends who are visiting the area. The owners handled everything with ease before we arrived and we appreciated the welcome basket with coffee and wine!

My vacation at La Quinta --- superb

I am just back from my vacation at La Quinta and having stayed in many properties in the US visiting fom the UK this really exceeded our expectations. The location was superb and as there was only two of us the size of the accomodation more then met our requirements. Thank you, Colleen and Brian. Your home on the Stadium Course in PGA West was delightful. Your location on the golf course allowed us to watch the sunrise from your beautiful patio. The home was very neat, clean and comfortable, close to a large warm swimming pool and easily accessible to all PGA facilities. Your home offers quiet serenity and peace but the Indian Wells tennis facility, golf courses and downtown LaQuinta are all nearby. The welcome basket was appreciated as was the prompt attention from you and your property manager.

Fabulous!

Lovely updated townhouse on PGA Stadium La Quinta. We spent the month of February and were very comfortable in this clean and well equipped home. A perfect spot for biking walking and golfing. Old La Quinta is an easy bike ride from the property and there is lots of amenities nearby. The property is bright and well maintained. The morning sunrise and mountain view from the patio is spectacular.

Fantastic!

We were impressed the moment we walked in the front door. What a beautiful home. Waiting for us was a gift basket of coffee, wine,...I can't remember what else was in there now,....Lovely condo that felt like home. It was that comfortable. Quiet, peaceful, with a beautiful setting overlooking the 11th hole tee boxes of the Stadium course. Looking to your left the view was mountains and fairway... stunning. The patio was perfect for morning coffee or breakfast with the rising sun and the hummingbirds. There's an orange tree a few feet away. There's a gas barbecue and enough seating for 10 people. We had friends (who were staying in Cathedral City) over for a barbecue and all they could say was "WOW"! Inside, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy wrap around sofa, high ceilings and a gas fireplace though you won't need it. The dining room is open and large and the kitchen is bright and well laid out. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and the master bath suite is huge. The condo is in great condition and very clean. As I said earlier, it felt like home, and that's important when you're spending several weeks there. Entering PGA West is very easy and the whole resort is extremely well kept and clean. The amenities nearby include the clubhouse at PGA West where there is a great restaurant (Ernie's) overlooking the finishing hole of the Nicklaus Tournament course, there's a Ralph's grocery store about a 2 minute drive away, the Old Town of La Quinta (and one of our favourite restaurants - Solano's) is just a few minutes drive, Costco is close...if you love golf you've got to go to Arnold Palmer's in La Quinta...great bar that looks like it could be the library in Arnold's house...leather and wood....I could go on.... From the beginning of the rental process the owners of this property were very easy to communicate and work with. They are friendly, helpful and attentive to their guests and the property. I would definitely rent this property again and I certainly recommend it.

House was very clean. Everything was great. Sunrise on the patio with a cup of coffee was picture perfect. The patio was shaded in the evening and was a great place to sit, relax and watch the late golfers. Very quite neighborhood. I would rent again.

The perfect Coachella stay!

Brian and Colleen provided us with the best stay for our Coachella adventure. They were so accommodating and available to help us with any questions any time we needed during out stay. The grounds were gorgeous with the pool a couple paces away. The scenery was gorgeous and anything you would ever need during your stay was just a short drive away!

Fabulous home and setting!!!

We just returned from a month’s stay and had a perfect vacation! The condo is terrific: it has a new, contemporary feel, and it is generously outfitted with everything one could ask for, plus a fabulously equipped kitchen, new flat-screen TVs, plenty of towels, and even a set of golf clubs! The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and everything was ready for us upon arrival. The view from the patio (and kitchen and living room) is perfect and peaceful: we started and ended each day outside and had a perfect view of the 11th hole tee. The pool and hot tub are just two houses away and were virtually ours alone for our entire stay. From start to finish it was a pleasure – We were very sorry to leave and are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

After vacationing at PGA for the last 5 years, we decided to purchase this townhouse, in what we consider the ideal location, on the golf course. We have totally updated this beautiful townhouse with all quality upgrades. You can't ask for a better place to spend your vacation, than in the PGA complex. Landscaping is amazing, with lots of palm trees, fruit trees and beautiful flowers throughout the complex.

What makes this property unique

Wake up in the morning, go for long walks, in this beautiful complex, and pick your morning fruit for breakfast. Perfect.
