Welcome to Ocean Place! Enjoy this beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 4th floor overlooking sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and gorgeous sunrises. The main bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bath. Steps from The Ritz-Carlton and The Golf Club of Amelia Island, and just minutes from historic downtown. Ocean Place is experiencing exterior waterproofing. Please be aware of lifts / equipment on site.

Check in was easy, the condo was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing I would have liked an 11am checkout vs a 10am checkout but all in all this was a win! The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly through the app.

The condo is extremely well located, with easy access to Fernandina Beach and a lot of solid restaurant and shopping options nearby.The unit itself is a two bedroom, fully remodeled and very clean. It feels updated, comfortable, and well cared for, which made it easy to settle in right away. The fourth floor was a sweet spot for us, giving you a great vantage point without being too high.Views are a big highlight. You’re looking out over the dunes and the Atlantic, with a direct view toward the Ritz-Carlton, which adds to the overall setting.Our host was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the stay, which always makes a difference.Overall, this is a really solid option in a great location. We would absolutely come back and would recommend it without hesitation.
