Great House

Very nice house, great location, close to everything, great for multiple families. Nice furnishings however only 1 out of 5 bedrooms had a dresser. Loved it, would stay again.

Nice home for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There could be some improvements in amenities provided (ex: dishwasher tablets, garbage bags), but overall no complaints. The few times issues popped up we were able to get a quick response and resolution from the handy man, which made things run smoothly. Would recommend for a family or large group of friends as there was ample space.

Perfect Vacation!

The house is even better than the pictures shows. It’s so beautiful! There is a lot of space and our family loved that everyone got their own bathroom. The pool was very clean and amazing we spent a lot of time in it. Communication with the owner is very good! I would stay here again

It's fine but needs some attention

Overall the property was fine. The garbage can was broken when we arrived. On our last day, we discovered that something was leaking upstairs. Also, we couldn't get some of the tvs to work. It kept asking for a ROKU password. We called the manager who came, but didn't know the password. He called the owner who sajd he couldn't remember it either. This was actually a problem for a house of adults who didn't all want to watch the same thing. As far as check-in, the gate is a hassle. Stopping at the gate for them to take your info and then having to go to the clubhouse to get a parking pass is just unnecessary. I will say that I appreciate that there wasn't a laundry list of cleaning that they wanted to be done before checout and that they donate unopened food if you leave it.

house was ok until we woke up one morning to find a cockroach in kitchen and one in laundry room ... we made the best of our stay but been staying in florida on vacation for last 15 years and first time we have ever had coachroaches ...

Home review

I loved the house!!! I loved that I had my whole family with me and we had room and where not all on top of each other. The pool was a great add on for when we didn't feel like going anywhere we pulled the grill out and lounged by the pool!!! I will be looking into this rental again if I need added space!!!!

Delightful Stay

Townhouse was exactly as pictured. Great space for our family birthday celebration. Location was terrific. Disney was just a few minutes away. Property manager was a quick phone call away. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home.

It was wonderful , didn,t see them service the pool in 5 days. It needed more attention to the pool area cushions were green and dirty The light on pool was burned out or wasn,t working.

wonderful vacation

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a week in July and it was absolutely amazing. The owner Lisa was a wonderful help with answering all of my questions and insuring everything was ready for our stay. I would definitely stay at this property again. However, I do have some suggestions for the next guest and management. First and foremost be sure to bring EVERYTHING that you need to this home. They don't supply any startup amenities like dish soap, dishwashing liquid or washing powder. There is a dollar tree and Walmart 10min up the street that you can purchase these items. The house was clean and smelled fresh however, the cleaning grew could use some fine tuning. There were 2 dirty glasses that had been put away in the cabinets, if you lifted up the table mats to clear the table you could also see previous crumbs. These are NOT major issues but sometimes housekeeping can be a bit lax. The game room located in the garage could use a fan. In Florida during July the temperature can be 90 degrees before noon. A fan would be a major help in the game room. They also need to invest in more washcloths.We had a surplus of towels but no extra washcloths, which means I had to wash linen midway through our stay. I reserved a grill because one did not come with the home, it was there on arrival however, it did not have a grease basin so it was set up outside the pool area. Well there is no light outside in the back so grilling at night can be a bit of a challenge. I believe had the grill had all the pieces it could have been placed in the screened in portion of the patio to decrease the bugs and nats coming in at night. Last but not least this home doesn't have a DVD player in the family room. It has cable and the wifi is very strong but no DVD player which made movie night on a stormy night impossible. Once again this is a beautiful home and my family and I would stay here again, I just believe in giving detailed reviews so other travelers can be prepared.

Very accommodating

The property is exactly as advertised and the owner was responsive to my questions. We found it to be very welcoming upon our arrival and was outfitted with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The backyard is a bit more private than most due to its bordering the (quiet) street. This is our second stay at Solana - the community is very quiet and the facilities at the clubhouse are excellent.

The house has a nice floor plan for 2-3 small families and the location is very quiet and peaceful. There was also easy access to the major roads. The only issues we had were that we were not able to swim at night because the pool lights were not working and they only got fixed on day 6 of our 7 day vacation. So much for relaxing in the pool after the kids were put down for the night. The other issue was the house has noooo sound proofing. If someone walked on the second floor you could hear it on the main floor. Manager's Response: Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We have passed along your comments to the homeowner who has the following to say: "Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear you found the home quiet and peaceful for your vacation stay. We apologize for inconvenience of pool light not working. We reached out to pool company immediately but due to scheduling, they could not get to home any sooner."
