The updated space includes 2 bedrooms with one queen and one full bed, plus an additional small bedroom with a futon and room for a crib/pack and play. The open floorplan features wall to wall windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a sectional sofa bed for extra guests. Includes one full bathroom, along with an outdoor shower.

The spacious waterfront backyard includes a paver seating area, separate pergola dining deck, above ground pool, and full waterfront dock. This wonderful retreat offers a terrific blend of comfort and charm, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the inviting atmosphere and thoughtful layout. Lara was an excellent host. The communication was always clear and I received rapid responses. The pool in the backyard was really a benefit because of how hot it was over the Fourth of July weekend. The beach badges and beach chairs made life easier as well. I also enjoyed the outdoor shower. The neighbors were also very helpful and friendly. And the fireworks were fantastic. We will be back.
