This home sits just above the ocean in Cloverdale, on a scenic piece of property with an open, rolling lawn overlooking the water and mountains. The main living space enjoys views of the ocean as well, offering two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, plentiful seating for movie and whale-watching, and a flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. This great room opens to the kitchen where you'll find stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a built-in dining nook. Begin each morning with coffee at sunrise on the newly expanded deck with updated Adirondack chairs, come home at mid-day for a barbecue on the gas grill, and cap each evening with a soak in the private hot tub. Back inside, there's also a rec room in the loft with a pool table, another TV, and comfortable leather sofas.
