The Space:

With the Pacific Ocean on one side, the evergreen Coast Range on the other, and a private hot tub just outside its door, this four-bedroom home in Pacific City is a showcase of the natural beauty of the Oregon Coast.



This home sits just above the ocean in Cloverdale, on a scenic piece of property with an open, rolling lawn overlooking the water and mountains. The main living space enjoys views of the ocean as well, offering two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, plentiful seating for movie and whale-watching, and a flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. This great room opens to the kitchen where you'll find stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a built-in dining nook. Begin each morning with coffee at sunrise on the newly expanded deck with updated Adirondack chairs, come home at mid-day for a barbecue on the gas grill, and cap each evening with a soak in the private hot tub. Back inside, there's also a rec room in the loft with a pool table, another TV, and comfortable leather sofas.



When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of four bedrooms, including a primary suite with direct access to the back deck and an en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

The house was lovely. The views magnificent. There were even deer wandering around. There is so much to do in the area. The pool table was a hit with the younger people and several enjoyed the video games on the tv. We even worked one of the puzzles there which was missing many pieces. The whole visit was enjoyable and relaxing.

Great View in a large, beautiful but not so clean home.

Wow - what a view!! Great, large home with great ammenities. We so enjoyed our time in Pacific City. Disappointing on how unkept the home was, especially for the price. Half the window blinds were broken. One upstairs bathroom towel rack was ripped off the wall with pieces on a shelf and a large hole in the wall. All the bathroom rugs were dirty (ugh); should have been replaced some time ago. The pool room couch had dirt, popcorn, checkers and chess pieces in-between the cushions. I called support and was told someone would be coming to fix the issues. No one came the 3 nights we were there.

The view was amazing. Also the great room had so many areas for sitting and enjoying the view. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The kitchen was small and dishwasher didn't work. The kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and telescope. There were a few things that needs fixing, but the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicated well. The parking was an issue, but I don't think it's the hosts fault. There was plenty of parking space, but you could only have 3 cars total. We would definately stay there again worth a big group!
