We had an amazing stay! The property was well kept and everything was very well thought out from the welcome wine, board games, beach toys, etc. It had great walkability into town (path right outside the door) and ramp up to the beach. Would not hesitate to book! We would love to come back.

Wonderful getaway! The home is conveniently located to enjoy this fabulous area. Once you get down the sand dune, the beach, waves and surrounding beauty is amazing. The home itself is terrific, comfortable rooms and all the amenities. The host provided us with a very nice Pinot from Oregon. All in all, a great place to enjoy the Oregon coast!

Great location

House was spotless clean and welcoming. Short jaunt up to the beach with lots of little private spots to overlook the ocean. 10 minute walk up to Pelican either on the beach or a cool little paved walkway thru the trees. Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay and we’ll book again!

Everything and more!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was immaculate, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was accessible and having a fenced back yard for the dogs was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Our stay couldn’t have been better, with the only exception that we wish we could have stayed longer. ITrip was great and quick to respond when having any questions. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We loved our stay at “Sea You Later”! The house is so nice. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has very nice appliances and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and anything we needed to use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The media center and fireplace is such a nice touch. The house is so close to the beach and yet so quiet and private. The sand dunes are just a short walk down the beach. Such a wonderful property!

Perfection!

Best short term rental experience I’ve ever had! The house was pristine with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival! The beach is a short distance down from the dunes. You have to be able to climb up and down a sandy hill to reach water. But once you’re down, you can walk all the way over to the Pelican Brewery and the Kiwanda Sand dune.

The house was just as advertised and well suited to our needs for single level access. It is the closest home in the community to the beach access ramp and a reasonable walk to the west side restaurants and establishments. The appliances appeared new and in very good condition. Beds were comfortable but the master bed was a bit high for my partially disabled spouse to get in and out of. The only other downside worth mentioning is the lack of a MBR closet with hanging space, apparently due to what appeared to be a walk in closet locked for exclusive owners use. This was partially offset by two large chests of drawers opposite the double vanity.

Great house for winter coast fun

I have stayed at this house several times for various types of trips and it always delivers: great for a friend trip with girlfriends, lovely spot for a romantic getaway and versatile for family get togethers. Love the fireplace for sitting around chatting and the proximity to the beach is great. Service is super responsive and helpful!

Great Retreat Spot with Friends

"The vibe of this house just makes me want to cozy up with a glass of wine and chat with girlfriends all night." This was what my friend said after a few minutes in the house on our friend and creativity retreat. It's a lovely space, very well laid out and a great location. We did go for walks to see the ocean but the house is it's own special retreat space that was perfect for three friends to collaborate, work and talk in.

Great Family Vacation House!

This house was a great spot for a multi-generational family trip. We had two elderly family members with low mobility join us who were very comfortable - only one low step to navigate and a lovely house to spend time in while enjoying the coastal air. And our teen niece loves the house too - safe for her to walk up the boardwalk on her own. Kitchen is well appointed for making fantastic meals. The rental company was very responsive, helpful and friendly. All their communications were timely and gave the info we needed.
