We’ve scheduled maintenance to repair or replace the kitchen blinds and to fix window locks so all windows operate properly. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams are addressing the shower tiles and mold as a priority, and housekeeping will re-clean and reinforce checklists to prevent sandy surfaces at check-in.
