Everything was perfect. We will come again and again. I hate to recommend because I know it will fill up and we will need to make sure we reserve earlier and earlier. Jason was extremely helpful. A great view.

The rooms were very clean and everything was as it looked online! The host was great at communicating. We loved the location. The condominiums are perfect for families. A great pool and easy access to the beach.

This condo was ideal. A great location for walking to restaurants. Being a corner unit we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Lots of good people watching. Very nice interior with beachy, upscale features. The hot tub was large and pool area well kept.

Jason responded to messages in a timely manner. The condo was decorated very nice and the view from the balcony was great. Love the location with a coffee shop across the street. Only steps away from the beach. There is also a nice pool area. I look forward to my next trip.

First time to Gulf Shoes. Excellent condo, props to Jason & his vision of the property. We chose it because of the beauty of the inside & the view outside, with the two sided balcony. We tend to spend more time at the beach & pool than out partying so we wanted a comfortable location. Speaking of location, it was close to restaurants & shopping, within a couple min walk. It was also less crowded at the beach & pool than most areas because it is a smaller building. It was nice having a private entrance to the beach & a beautiful pool. We have already decided that we will definitely be booking another trip! Thanks Jason for being a great host!

The Condo is Beautuful and has everything you need for couples or a family. As you walk in the view out the Big windows is Ocean and as you go to the Kitchen/Living area (Beautiful) the sand is just below your (BIG Corner Balcony) and the Beach/Ocean just steps away. We were her for 7 nights stay in March 2026 and we would stay again. The owner has everything listed and we did not need anything except our supplies of food drinks and our beach supplies, and there was a closet with some beach supplies on hand. The check in and check out and communicating with Jason was top notch. This condo (For Sure) will stay on my list of Condos to return to. Awesome Condo!!!

The description is exactly what you get—gorgeous. The condo was beautiful and the sand was white and soft. We stayed over spring break and it while the town was busy, access to the condo and beach was not. The condo was very quiet and we couldn’t hear our neighbors while inside which was nice. We had a dedicated parking spot too. Plan to bring or buy toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap because only one of each is provided. There is a small, local convenient/grocery store located right across the street so we frequented that for snacks and coffee. The private access to the beach was accessed next to the parking spaces. An umbrella and two chairs could be rented for 50 from a company setting them out on the beach. The hot tub was warm and then got hotter each night which was nice because the outdoor temps were cooler. The pool is not heated so we didn’t get it but it looked lovely to swim. The Catch and Shipp’s Dock-side restaurants were by far our favorites for quality of food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
