When you enter the front door, you're greeted by an open and tastefully decorated modern kitchen, dining room and living space decorated with high end furnishings. Off of the main living space, you enter the patio with heated pool and hot tub along with putting green, grill and seating area.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more including pots and pans, blender, waffle maker, tea kettle, air fryer, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, crockpot and wine fridge.

Off of the main living area, the garage has been converted into an air-conditioned game room complete with arcades, Billiards, and PS5.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find the remaining 6 bedrooms (including the three kid bedrooms), three shared bathrooms and washer and dryer for guest use. There is a central gathering area with board games equipped with a TV. The theatre room, complete with 9 reclining leather chairs. Each of the twin bedrooms have a trundle pullout for an extra bed space for a child.

ADA accessibility - There are two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor which require no stairs from the outside of the house to the bedrooms.
