We've stayed in the Bethany Bays community several times and always enjoy it. We love the amenities like the pool and the access to nature (spotted deer, herons, a fox, horseshoe crabs, etc). This was the first time we've stayed in this unit. It was very clean and comfortable for our group of 3-5 people. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking. We loved the views of the inlet and the bay beyond from the patio. This unit was also much closer to the pool then the previous ones we've rented, which was a nice plus with a young child in tow. It was slightly pricier than some other options, but we also booked very late in the summer due to having a previous reservation cancelled at the last minute, so that could be why. First Choice Properties communicated well and made the check in process easy. We'd definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your first stay in this unit and found it clean, comfortable, and well equipped for your group. The views of the inlet and bay are definitely a special feature, and we’re glad the convenient location near the pool was especially helpful with a young child. It sounds like you made the most of the beautiful natural surroundings and amenities in the community! We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and the easy check-in process. Thank you for choosing 1st Choice Properties, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back for another Bethany Bays getaway!
