Located 3 blocks from the Mediterranean Sea in one of Antibe's newest, most prestigious, secure buildings. The building, '26 Albert Ier', is in the heart of the most desirable section of Antibes. This 3-bedroom apartment is on the 6th floor, (the 5th etage), in a new luxury building, with an elevator to its 8 stories and parking garage. The view from the apartment's very large front balcony, which has an al fresco dining table, includes the sea, the mountains, the Old City, and parts of Antibes' center, the Place de Gaulle.
The charming and historic city of Antibes was founded by the Greeks c. 500 B. C., and then became part of the Roman Empire c. 150 B.C. The old portion of the City, which is 2 blocks to the east of the apartment, is still partially surrounded by magnificent 17th century ramparts.
The apartment is located in the most convenient part of Antibes, and makes a perfect home base from which to explore the City itself, and also, on either day trips or overnight stays, to explore the entire Cote d'Azur, as well as Provence.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, with the other 2 bedrooms each having 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have French doors leading to either the front or rear balconies. Other rooms include a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a second bathroom and a separate W.C. Furnishings are a tasteful mix of antique and contemporary pieces. There is an underground parking garage, with a private garage door securing the apartment's enclosed parking space.

Visit to Antibes
We recently spent five nights in this lovely apartment. It is updated and very convenient to the Old Town and beaches. Working with Bill was a pleasure. We have been to Antibes at least six times and renting online has always been a luck of the draw, especially with the bathrooms. This apartments is a sure thing!
We definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the area.

Wonderful spacious appartment close to all local amenities
We enjoyed being based in Antibes. Great restaurants within walking distance and lovely walks around the old town. Railway station fairly close which meant we could travel further up the coast for day trips. Nice to come back to appartment and sit out on the balcony.

Excellent apartment in Antibes.
The apartment is perfectly situated between the old city and the beaches. A 15 min walk to the train station will get you up and down the coast. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Bill was very helpful and sent detailed information ahead of time. You really can't go wrong with this apartment if you want to stay in Antibes. Highly recommend!

Antibes is magical and this apartment is so perfectly located that we never even bothered to rent a car until we left for Provence. The location of the apartment is central to everything! Old town and great restaurants are just a short walk away. Our favorite part of each day was walking from the apartment in the late afternoon down to the small public beach. We would take a swim and just sit on the beach and watch the local families interact. The beach is at the bottom of the street and there is a taxi stand across the street from the apartment that can take you to the beaches and resorts in Juan les Pins.
My husband and I decided to try the train to Cannes and were blown away by how easy it was to walk 10 minutes to the train station, hop on a train that came every 20 minutes and arrive in Cannes in less than 10 minutes. A three block walk from the train put us right on the Promenade in Cannes! No hassle with parking!!!
As for the apartment itself, it has everything you could need, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and three comfortable bedrooms. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the city where we had breakfast each morning. The building is very attractive and well maintained.
We are already contemplating our next trip to Antibes and definitely plan to rent this apartment again!

Brilliant views, Beautiful Home!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience in this beautiful Antibes home. Literally steps away from the rolling waves of the Mediterranean, quaint shopping and delicious restaurants. The flat, as well as the building, are well maintained and perfectly polished both inside and out. We found many of the conveniences of home, from the laundry and dishwasher, to the beach towels and snorkels for guests! Bedrooms are spacious and are all equipped with electric shades to allow for much needed beauty rest. The units' two balconies provided the perfect setting for a morning coffee or late night wine and cheese snack.
Easy walk to old town, the city center, and even Juan-les-pins! Would highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!!
We love it when our guests like our apartment as much as we do! And we also often take advantage of the 18-minute walk to Juan-les-Pins in order to dispense with a car after a night at the restaurants and clubs.
Within a few blocks of the apartment are open market places, gardened squares, the Picasso Museum, and sandy beaches. Antibes is 15-25 minutes from Cannes, Nice, and the Nice International Airport. Monte Carlo, Italy, and the perched villages in the mountains of Provence are easily accessible. Antibes boasts one of the finest marinas on the Riviera, which handles anything from 350' yachts to small fishing boats. The resort mecca of Juan-les-Pins, known for its glamorous beach clubs and non-stop nightclubs, is within walking distance of the apartment.
The legendary Hotel du Cap, and its beach club and restaurant, Eden Roc, on Cap d'Antibes, is a 5-minute drive. Explore the winding streets of the Old Town, the countless restaurants, including the Michelin-starred restaurants in the area, the open-air antiques markets, and the amazing, daily farmers' market.
