Escape to this peaceful 3-bedroom cabin at Evergreen Bay Resort on Boot Lake—nestled beneath towering Norway pines and classic Northwoods charm. Our cabin is privately owned and located within a small community of cabins. While it’s part shared property, each cabin is individually owned, so you’ll enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay without the bustle of a commercial resort. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living space with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Step outside onto the private deck to relax among the pines or enjoy easy access to the resort’s multiple docks, sandy swimming beach, playgrounds, volleyball net, and convenient fish-cleaning house. Boot lake boasts great fishing for northern pike, large mouth bass and walleye. It also has plenty of pumpkinseed, Bluegill and rock bass you can catch right off the docks. Bring your boat and enjoy easy lake access! A boat slip is included with your stay, the public boat launch is just minutes away, and local rental companies can deliver boats directly to the nearby public access. The property also includes 66 acres with trails for walking and exploring- plenty of room to roam and unwind. And when you’re ready to venture out, Itasca State Park is just 15 minutes away, where you can explore the headwaters of the Mississippi River and miles of hiking and biking trails. Park Rapids is only 25 minutes away for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and a laundromat, while Dorset, about 30 minutes away, is known as the ‘Restaurant Capital of the World’ with unique eateries, a delicious homemade ice cream shop, and charming souvenir stops. The perfect spot for families, anglers, and anyone seeking a warm and welcoming lake getaway.

We stayed 5 days, the cabin was very clean, and nice, great view of the lake with a nice deck! My kids loved the beach/swimming area, we liked how close we were to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to my question! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean cabin. Would have been even better if a couple of kayaks were available. Bathroom could use a comfort height toilet.

It is our first time in a cabin for my wife, our 4 children and I, we have stayed in hotels of different categories and really the cleanliness and comfort of this cabin in the middle of a beautiful forest and on the shores of a large lake with very clean water, leaves us very pleased, we barely checked out and the children already asked when we would return, in addition the boat rental that they recommended to us provided a wonderful service and with excellent care and attention, I recommend this resort 100%

We absolutely loved our stay!! Super clean, and they have thought of everything! Beautiful view right out the window-and steps from the door- morning, day and night. Coffee and a book with the loons . The lake is amazingly clear which made fishing and swimming that much better. We rented a boat which was easy and convenient along with the cabin’s slip. Exceeded our expectations !!!

The property and host exceeded my expectations!! The location was perfect for my family of 5, with a lakefront view and swimming beach just feet away. The cabin was clean and welcoming! The linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and wash clothes) were not only provided but in excellent condition. No spiders or bugs in the cabin! Lastly, our host Cassie was beyond accommodating and her response times were nearly immediate for the couple of questions/inquiries we had! We would definitely return to this cabin in the future!

We spend our days boating, watching the kids tube and fish, and soaking in the quiet that makes this place so special.
