Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host cancelled the day of and left us scrambling to try and find a new place to stay. Not only did they cancel the day of, they canceled 2 hours after the allowed check in time. We were literally driving there as they cancelled. What would have happened if we checked in on time and then they cancelled? Extremely poor communication with the host & even worse communication from the VRBO support team.
