We were in town for a youth soccer tournament. The place was prefect for the kiddos (and parents) to have some space to rest between games, and play after games were done for the day. Will definitely book again when we are back for another tourney.
This place was just as shown! The attention to detail was amazing! There was entertainment inside and out! My grandson said “I want to do vacation here again next year!”The owner was proactive with communication the entire trip!
We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The home was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There was so much to do—tons of fun activities for the kids, a game room, and even a heated pool! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d absolutely recommend it—10/10!
This place has a lot to offer. The backyard is amazing - it truly has everything you could possibly think of to keep both kids and adults entertained. We also loved the movie theater/bunk room because the kids could go in there to entertain themselves when they got tired, and the arcade games were also a HUGE hit. The hosts were communicative, kind and helpful. They let us have an early check-in, and when I informed them that their pack n play was broken, they immediately ordered a new one and had it delivered to the house. Great customer service on that front. The inside of the house was a bit older (and I don’t mean in the “retro” sense) than we were expecting, but it was still nice. There are some updates that need to be made with respect to the plumbing (e.g., terrible water pressure, only one bathroom got hot water, there’s a bad leak under one of the sinks in the primary bedroom, the toilets run, etc.), and the A/C in the bunkroom isn’t great. We were also concerned about the sturdiness of some of the furniture, especially the bunk beds (i.e., I’m not sure adults could safely sleep on them), but we made do. One thing that isn’t clear in the pictures is that there are 4 bedrooms on one side of the house, and 3 of them share the same bathroom. This didn’t end up being a problem for us as some people ended up using the bathroom in the bunkroom, but I feel like it’s worth noting.Overall we had a great stay, but at almost 5400 for 3 nights, it should've been exceptional

Thanks for your feedback and candor Audra, you were great guests and sharing this information really helped us improve. We've fixed the plumbing related items and are in the process of reinforcing the bunk beds. As a new home, we're constantly trying to get better and are genuinely grateful for having guests that share their experiences!
