The space feels peaceful and quaint, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or spending time together, this condo creates an enjoyable atmosphere for your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

- Second BR - Queen bed plus Twin XL trundle, Direct access to 2nd bathroom, TV with Roku

- Living Room - Ocean view, 55 inch TV with Cable and Roku, pull out couch

- Dining area - Full table with room for 6, Coffee bar with coffee & tea, Keurig & drip coffee maker

- Kitchen - Equipped with Stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer in closet, well-stocked for at-home cooking if you prefer home cooked meals

- Street side deck - Access off second bedroom, has closet with beach gear

- Ocean side deck - Direct access to both Living Room and Primary bedroom, conversation seating and high top table

- Community Pool - Seasonally open mid April to mid October. Enjoy a break from the salt and sand for a refreshing dip in the pool.

- Location allows for so much to do! Enjoy the beach right out in front of the building, take a short walk to the Boardwalk area or a local eatery, enjoy the weekend market at Carolina Beach Lake in the warmer months, or take a short drive to the NC Aquarium or Carolina Beach State Park. Looking for even more? Try the ferry ride over to Southport for some quaint town shopping, head into downtown Wilmington to the Riverwalk, or consider a tour of Airlie Gardens which are especially gorgeous in the spring with the Azalea blooms.

- This is a 2nd floor unit, there are two flights of stairs and NO elevator

- Children are very welcome but unit is not 100% baby proof.

- 2 temporary parking passes provided, free onsite parking. Parking is tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes.

- Paper products/supplies: 2 extra rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, tissues provided. Kitchen towel.
If you have any questions about items provided during your trip planning, please do not hesitate to ask.

- Pest control comes monthly. This is usually the 2nd Friday of the month. Please permit access, required by HOA.

- Doorbell camera is present at the front door, outside the home. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.

- Pool is now open for 2026.
There is no lifeguard at the pool, please supervise children at all times, swimming is at your own risk from sunrise to sunset.

- We recommend travel insurance. Check the cancellation policy you are booking. Refunds are only issued based on what the cancellation policy stipulates.

- we do not allow pets, parties, or smoking. no open flames of any kind at any time on the premises.
